KMUK Split - for future buyout29 Jan 2023 11:56
The more I think about it the more I think this is in preparation for a complete buyout.
If Bernard and Steve were going to mine this resource I do not think that they would have selected this deal.
The deal is an immediate large derisk for Kodal, with a huge fund for superfast and intensive drilling on the remaining potential resource in the mining licence area.
Plus it recovers every penny already invested in the ground as a loan repayment.
Then further monies in the Kodal Minerals cash account of over 17m, used to persue our other existing interests.
I think the new tonnage will be jorc quantified, our total share valued and a buyout completed.
I have never seen such a drilling fund before, it is huge, so dependent on contractors available I am not sure how long that will take, plus a lot of labs are going to be busy.
So we already have a portion of 21 million tonnes, how much more will they find, I wonder.
We may be looking at a mega uplift in company value 2024/25.
