Bernard does not have a problem yet, but when it goes into production CEOs are judged on market capitalisation as well as other factors so he needs to take his website, RNS communications etc very seriously.

I really like Bernard it would be terrible if he was removed from the CEO position in the future due to low market capitalisation when he is brilliant at managing the business.

I have written to Bernard and asked them to try and present their RNS in a more user friendly way.

A long descriptive headline for each section in plain and simple English, then their usual style underneath.

Not everyone can sit in peace with a big screen and slowly read what they have written.

But they never listened about the website so we will see.

I don't understand their presentations are really good, quite why their website and RNS style is not the same format confuses me.

It seems when they have to read it out in public they are more careful about the layout.

Yes compo, you are right they are already purchased for 17.5 million by Hainan and are being held. Hainan wants a place on our board, they won't sell them unless we are due to part company, near the end of mine life or another event.

Our share price was diluted by £17.m upon opening today which is why I expected us to be down further this morning.

However our bank balance is up, but we don't see that in the share price.

It is amusing.

While I did think it would start the day around -14%, I did expect it to be higher later in the day.

To put this into context, above our share of the cash, our share of the lithium, plus the total of the goldfields are valued on this market cap at around £50m.

Yet some turkeys reckon everything is priced in!

Dave, I assume that Atlantic investors in today are assuming a higher share price will be offered. There is not a great lot of further growth to the offer, can't see a huge amount more being offered and it is normally a bit of a wait to get paid. Nobody will be lining up to pay the same share price as the offer so you have to wait for the payout.

Excellent for their long term holders though.

Jen and from the horse's mouth, Bernard when valuing the company Bernard and his team value our 49% considerably more than our market capitalisation.

That is brilliant news for long term holders we are sure that the value is not priced in and there is no additional sentiment value in the share price.

We are trading well under Net Asset value price.

Dave, Atlantic have rejected a big money offer, attention at the moment is over there with traders and the market generally.

For the traders unfortunate, for us, not an issue.

Nielle and the run to production is my interest, trading is not for me.

Bernard has said our share of the asset is worth significantly more than 100m dollars, but all of us lth figured that out from the figures they released.

Painless, I did not say why, if a fund is 50m pounds, and 1% is in Kodal it would be a huge chunk of our market cap, but what happens if the fund becomes popular and heads towards 200m pounds? They can't maintain their percentage in us. Once we are over 500m market cap it opens us up to institutions.

Only the small AIM type unofficial investment trusts may take a stake or similar.

But there are some serious big private investors on AIM, I have crossed paths with them before, some of them post on the boards, but have not seen them here - yet.

Painless, I am not expecting big institutions in until nearer or during production.

I am however expecting large private investors to start appearing, whether they can purchase enough to be visible I don't know.

The mining licence company transfer neither affects us - Kodal - or new investors, it will happen but if it did not it has zero impact.

To Hainan it would matter, they would effectively be investors rather than JV partners, but they get paid anyhow. But that will not happen it is a well trodden path with most gold mines in Mali of any size.
