All of the investors here are very aware of the nature of risks in junior mining, different currencies and investing overseas, in this case Africa.

But my answer to you is show me a share with as much headroom as this one has, with all of its ducks lined up better than this one and why it is better.

The cash is in the account not spent. Therefore it is purely cash at this point as it is not in Mali. There is no loan here and no attached loan agreement.

The licence in Mali has not been declined from transferring from one company to another, so everything is sweet and no conditions are triggered.

If conditions are triggered through non transfer of licence the mine will be 100% Kodals less 10% revenue to the government and loan conditions will be triggered and repaid as per those explained conditions in the RNS.

The mine presently is still 100% Kodals.

However my point is that Badomen and now yourself are making no useful point, there is no direction to your post.

You can point to any JV and it has conditions.

All JVs have conditions, but they are being portrayed as negatives rather than simply normal business protocol.

However conditions in the company on the mine mean Kodal cannot sell or do another jv on the mine.

Furthermore if the licence did not transfer the 100m dollars is a loan and repayment from production would be payable to Hainan.

Let us see we had about 1.5m in the bank and a jorc of 20m tonnes. Plus goldfields but little cash to develop them.

Now Kodal has assets in cash of 66.5m dollars and 14m tonnes of lithium approximately. Plus Goldfields, 17.5 million, included in the previous assets, some of which can be used in the Goldfields.

Cash in exchange for equity effectively and best of all the cash is all here ready for development. Most projects have huge cash burn and absolutely nothing to show for it.

This company so far, is different. Soon the 5.8m previously spent in Bougouni will also be back into Kodal too.

The capital for drilling is huge, it is unlikely Hainan threw that into the ring on a whim, they know the data and calculations which we are not privy to.

If our end resource is not many multiples of our current resource a hugely experienced and large mining company must have lost the ability to read mining data and Kodal's top geologist Bernard and co, just decided that they like drilling holes in mother earth. I don't think so.

Hainan are confident of what they bought in to.
