When they open again on ASX I foresee a few of their investors jumping ship to here if our share price remains low.

All of Leo Lithium's issues look self inflicted so some are bound to be unhappy with their board.

Yes Elcobble, I am fairly certain that if the resource notches up in a similar way to our neighbours Leo Lithium then Found and Hainan are bound to have the discussion at their board meetings.

The obvious and only offer could be value at that moment in time and compensation for not waiting until the final count, meaning value plus a premium. Since the last valuation was 1.85p, it would obviously be above this.

Share price is irrelevant.

Hainan being such a large mining company it would make sense.

Even better if they bought us out but started us on another project for them too.

Daz, I am hoping we remain until after flotation, that would certainly bring the big return, but who knows.

Bernard likes to keep a percentage, sell but retain 5%?

Merc I think if any serious buy out offer is made it will be from Hainan. If the resource is increased again and the wide spaced drilling remains on the current path, Hainan may take a small chance and offer 0.2 - 0.5 above our valuation at that point. Before the lithium resource climbs to crazy figures.

But that would mean, after another resource increase it would have to be in the order of 3p, certainly not much less.

MisterP, I think there is an unspoken rule not to do that with explorers otherwise mining companies would no longer be provided with potential plays.

Leo and Ganfeng have:

• Met with the Govt. and discussed the above issues

including relief from duties as per our agreement

• Made a submission to Govt. outlining the benefits of DSO

& provided information on the lithium industry

• Provided documentation to effect the 10% free carry stake

As you can read no carry over or connection to Kodal.

In third world cities near the equator fossil fuel is very expensive relative to incomes lower grade lithium batteries and small EVs, tuk tuk style are viable and selling in high numbers. See YouTube, their businesses advertise on there.

In the UK the high quality evs are way better than piston engine cars. Piston cars, maintenance and fuel combined compared to an EV fuel and servicing falls in favour of evs even with today's infrastructure for a band of current vehicle users.

This ev discussion is far to one dimensional.

However the whole climate discussion has little relevance to Kodal. Kodal fundamentals are good and the demand for Kodals lithium will be there. Once up to flotation Hainan is likely to have all the offtake and it will all be going to the poorer countries in Asia, possibly Africa. Because they said so.

Yes, good article elcobble. Thankfully we are a low cost production model and the Mali government has kept a cool head, they have seen gold rise and fall before and know how to retain a balance of inward investment and government revenue without choking the golden goose.

Some other countries are now looking a little stupid, Mexico for one.

For us LTH we would be very profitable at the current low lithium price and obviously ridiculously profitable if it went back high, but like you say, apart from confidence in profit, it is unimportant at present until the first lithium leaves the plant.

However a low price could move investors here, where they know this would remain profitable low or high lithium prices.

Legend, however if by some chance lithium prices remained low, this company would remain profitable and still would be a multi bagger for us.

The lithium price is very important if it fell below the cost of extraction an investor would have to question themselves to remain in the share.

This one the extraction costs are so low this will not be an issue with Kodal.

A lot of other projects will be having board meetings I am sure.

Onlyking, yes that is true in the presentations, but remember how I said it is confusing leaving old data in the main print of the site? The old 680 dollars per tonne data remains.

Therefore it is easy either to calculate the 2,080 info again minus 480 dollars per tonne (to match today's price) or look across at the old 680 dollars per tonne data and see what a lower lithium price end result would look like.

Either way it is evident that this is a low cost high output operation.

How would you be feeling if you were invested in a lithium company with 1,000 to 1,400 dollars per tonne extraction costs with spodumene at 1,600 dollars per tonne?

We could go down we could go up, who knows and if in here who really cares?

This company is profitable with a spodumene price under 1,000 dollars. We would still make a good return with no increase in resource.

So people sitting here are sat comfortable.

Others are going to have to start going back through presentations and interviews and look at the overhead cost per tonne of extraction then deduct that from today's spodumene price of 1,600 dollars per tonne.

Many are no longer going to stack up. If they were going to fundraise the power has shifted from the explorer to their JV partner.

Offers declined for entire businessess may now look attractive.

Companies using pilot plants hopefully to self fund to establish a resource will no longer be self funding and either will shut or fund raise to continue. There are loads of these going on around the globe.

The market has got a shock Investors re-evaluating all lithium stocks.

My criticism of Kodal not removing the old data with lithium at 680 dollars per tonne may turn into a positive if investors can be bothered to read it all.

If this lithium price remains low there will be casualties and once the tantrum investors have left, others may well migrate here.

Companies don't continue without sufficient gross profit to achieve their objectives after overheads.

Nothing left can't repay the outlay, can't replace the plant etc.

Having a load of people thinking profit will appear from somewhere doesn't work, optimism does not bring reward.

Here everything is known, funded and low cost per tonne. Because the project is so big it is slow but good things come to those that wait.

Aimhigherstill, not sure what you are on about, you don't have to be very bright to deduct the costs per tonne from the gross price and multiply by the monthly tonnage to work out if a business is still viable or not. Then what it has to fund from that revenue.

This project was working on a 680 dollar per tonne spodumene price, still can be seen on the website before they upped the sale price in the projections to 2,080 dollars per tonne to reflect the rise in spodumene price as it was so out of touch with the market price.

But many of these small tonnage high extraction cost models used 3,000 and 4,000 dollars in their original projections, now down 1,300 dollars to 2,300 dollars per tonne on their original calculations. It is unlikely that they will still stack up.

Aimhigherstill, we are very profitable at 1,000 dollars per tonne, no pilot plant will be profitable at that price. That goes for French projects, welsh projects and some other projects we could mention too.

At 1,700 dollars per tonne, today's price it is not worth them operating if profit was part of the objective.

A lot of competition will be wiped out if the price remains low.

Demonstrates the lack of knowledge and research many apply when investing, in many places it doesn't appear that the penny has dropped yet.

Aim higher still we don't start selling until a year or so.

So we are not going to worry about the lithium price today.

Plus if you look at our website we are profitable at 680 dollars per tonne. We were always going to be a high tonnage low cost producer, Bernard has always been cautious. .

It is those projects with low tonnage and high cost per tonne extraction going to sell now which may be mothballed.

An awful lot of dummies flying out of cots on here.

Many wannabe traders will have got this one wrong.

Well could go around doing 20 - 50 trades around AIM, I mean what could possibly go wrong, or sit here and wait for the flotation plant and see where the multiple climbs to.

Wannabe traders with their dire share alternatives off you go and show us guys how it all went, no doubt you will buy in here the minute before a big RNS, averaged down before your share suggestions crashed and burned, free rides and so on.
