Key growth in all areas , particularly bio statistics, company very pleased and very confident about the niche growth markets many of which are now mandatory under EU law and most could well become mandatory for drug design. Positive regulatory environment eg FDA

Regulatory authorities across the world require robust biometrics practices to approve new drugs. Biometrics typically incorporates three main areas:

2. Statistical Programming: Use of programming language to process, analyse and visualise clinical data

3. Data Management: Setup and oversight of the collection, entry, and validation of clinical trial data

Personalised medicine 7.5% CAGR and largest market is North America ( partner DoseMeRx based there)

Costs at just 3% therefore tracking or below inflation in 2025 so very tight cost mgmt

Total Income at 3yr high and bolstered by moving into new therapeutic areas such as immunology and cardiovascular

Just after year end received £250,000 + and will recieve £60k grant, therefore cash position as of July was almost £800,000

Have applied for other grants and will announce if/when progressed

2026 it is !!

Ahh...so its Troutisout1 again, couldn't tell which green boxes it was

Strange how he spends his time attacking others , with 96% historically here

But could never answers straight questions about his own opaque holding

I filtered him 6mths ago but he still..clearly..persists

What a sad way to spend your life

While you mention FAB , wonder if hes commented on

1 recent loss.in revenues

2 delayed Optimal platform

3 going concern statement in recent accounts

I would expect this H1 of the year could well be another big growth

Sadly you'll get used to the same green boxes ( we have aboit 4 here who spend 95% of their time here )

Often in the past going very quiet on their own shares when there is bad news or a fall in share price

Does anyone know if the top holders like Troutisout1 have commented yet on the recent RNS and also the drop in revenues mentioned in recent results

Would be re assuring to hear thier views before I invest

The Directors note that there is inherent uncertainty in any cash flow forecast, however this is further exacerbated given the nature of the Company's trade and the industry in which it operates. Due to the risk that revenues and the related conversion of revenue to cash inflows may not be achieved as forecast over the going concern period, the Directors believe that there exists a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern without raising additional funds and it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.

Given the £140mlm debt

The issuance of new shares will require shareholder approvals at a general meeting. These are expected to include approval for the Company to issue new shares very significantly below their current nominal value of 20 pence per share. The Company currently expects the Refinancing to complete by the end of Q1 2026.

We always felt getting to breakeven amd cash generation was more likely for PYC than most other small caps , particularly with PYC being one of very few to GROW revenues (by 40%) and also to have.one of most lean business ( in terms of overheads and reduced losses )

Bio-metrics is the key division going forwards

The Creditor has now issued a Writ of Execution for Movable Property at the Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project ("Zulu Lithium") in the High Court of Zimbabw

Very strong signal for Jesse , head of faster growing division

Dr Peter Sargent, CEO of Physiomics, commented:
