As we exit 2025 and prepare for our 2026 activities discussed above, we believe we have benefitted greatly from our proactive management of our financial position. At 21 December 2025, unaudited cash, cash equivalents and term deposits totalled $27.2 million, prior to the settlement of the latest remaining Dubhe-1 related expenditures. These were anticipated and are fully incorporated into our capital planning assumptions. Following their settlement, the Company will continue to manage its liquidity position prudently, to provide flexibility to support technical work and the advancement of priority assets.

10. Irrevocable undertakings

By way of confirmation of their support for the proposed Cancellation, Gynia, which is the registered and beneficial owner of 103,679,486 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 56.66% of the Company's issued share capital) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Focusoil, Inc. which is the registered and beneficial owner of 47,557,622 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 26% of the Company's issued share capital) have irrevocably undertaken to the Company to vote in favour of the Cancellation Resolution at the General Meeting. Together Gynia and Focusoil Inc. are the registered and beneficial owners of 151,237,108 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 82.66% of the Company's issued share capital).

Limited free float and lack of share liquidity: the Directors and the majority shareholder of the Company hold, in total approximately 82.66 per cent.

Another dodgy insiders hatchet job

We are now making sales of gold and other minerals a short-term priority, and a key operational task at present is to develop our operations in Burkina Faso and the DRC to generate a steady stream of income.

Financial Results

We report pre-tax losses for the year ended 30 June 2025 of £4.374 million (2024: loss of £3.012 million). Despite a reduction in administration costs in the year, impairments of financial assets held and increased finance costs resulted in a higher loss compared to the prior year. Reduced administrative costs in particular, reflect reductions in staff costs, as well as marketing and compliance costs during the year.

The Company regularly reviews regulations changes through proactive discussions with key industry officials, professional advisers and regulatory bodies where appropriate.

Major agencies such as the FDA are actively promoting the use of Modelling and Simulation (Quantitative Pharmacology) and issue advisory papers which set out their thinking.

Biometrics, which includes Biostatistics, Statistical Programming and Data Management are required under international regulation (ICH E9). This means that all interventional clinical trials setup and run across major markets (including the US, EU, UK, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, and Australia.)

All this yarn looks like 'stringing " the market along
