Like I say $57 per barrel hedged and waiting for $575Million coming our way from Total is not a bad situation to be in and it merits a higher share price.

I'll have some more if they want to gift us low hanging fruit.

If you wish to present us with a share price that is back to the height of the Covid19 lockdown crisis and $20 oil when things have improved greatly since then I will gladly load up.

I expect others are trying to attain a similar risk free investment.

Like I said we are sat on $57 per barrel oil for 60% of our production which is a good situation to be in.

In the 14.8's which is about as low as it got with complete lockdown. Things however have improved a lot since then in terms of oil demand and consumption.

Happy in the knowledge that we are banking $57 per barrel for our oil for the rest of this year through an astute hedge.

There will be a lot of shorters scurrying to close up this morning and trying as quick as they can to go long.

They have to close first whilst everyone else gets to buy.

I think we might be in for a very good day.

Jangho increased their holding to 3.4% and it has to be said they always kept hold of 2.08% that many thought they had sold.

We all know they buy again to further support a rise in the share price.

We know Mrahman20 that Jangho previously cemented and enhanced the value of their shareholding with a second increased holdings RNS.

It's worked once and it will work again.

They can add a third batch also if they just to liven things up further. That is entirely their prerogative.

Just my impression here but don't you like the way somebody fiddled the price down this morning and soaked up a lot of shares throughout the day. Then lifted it a little into the close. Then out pops an RNS after the market has closed. Pretty toptastic that if you ask me.

Perhaps some are not aware of this but Tullow actually hedges itself against any lower oil prices. In the first quarter of the year they made circa. $27 Million off net hedge receipts. Brief terms.

Not a bad position to be at getting a guaranteed $57 per barrel for 60% of your production.
Very palatable and profitable.

The cheque can't be far off and this agreement will help grease the palms.

Whoever it was can fiddle it back up.

It will go back to 36p at some point.

The question is where will you then decide to buy the shares you could have today at just over 16p
