The Government have in my view not endeared themselves well in the last few days, what with a 12 o'clock deadline for Tier 4 implementation in London and the South East cancelling Xmas and creating a mass exodus to beat the deadline and so creating the spreading of the new strain outside Tier 4.

Then with with Matt Han**** having gone on record this morning and stating that this new mutant strain of the virus is "spiralling out of control", compounding things and resulting in panic with upwards of 35 countries imposing immediate travel bans on UK flights and the Port of Dover closed to both passengers and freight. call the M20 AND Marston airport tow giant car parks.

Then tonight in the Coronavirus Briefing (a completely pointless exercise imvho) you get lame duck responses to fixing the Dover problem. Grant Shapps shouldn't have actually been at the meeting but should have been elsewhere fixing things.

Then you Patrick Valance in effect stating that other regions could be facing Tier 4 and firmly pointing the way for another full National lockdown.

What a terrific run of events that is in how not to do things.

Cineworld are quite clearly all cinemas closed and in reality none of it has any bearing with all the politics just being a side show. Vaccines are what matters for us as they will expedite reopening, but it is all used to shake the tree and create volume. I don't think many will have been complaining though at being presented with sub 50p this morning.

To be honest bullish though I am re vaccines rolling out and things getting back to normal I expect the MM's to fully exploit all twists and turns of the political landscape over the next few weeks and hopefully I can grab a few more on any unjustified shakes.

It might be made to wobble again tomorrow morning with the suggestion of a full national lockdown and re flight bans and Dover and reactions from MEP's and the like but again it should hopefully recover.

We are after all in an all cinemas shut position.

It is the ability for SNG001 to treat and deal with all mutations of the virus that will prove to be the winner for this stock. You should see some heavy and sustained Institutional buying interest when it sinks in.

Worth repeating this as things head into Tier 4, and and the high probability of another national lockdown and whilst this new mutation of the Covid19 virus spirals out of control. Matt Han****'s word snot mine incidentally.

Funded, and Waivered till June and the Vaccine programs that will ultimately cure and eliminate Covid are rolling out and now accelerating into mass vaccination programs.

I'm in the camp that our cinema's are all shut presently so nothing right now should make any difference whatsoever. We also have the likes of Jangho and GS in the background picking up any stock that is being given away.

We are funded, and we are also waivered to June, and in that intervening time the vaccines will continue to be approved and further rolled out and indeed accelerated by mass vaccination programs both here and the US and with normality returning by Spring time.

Reference Brexit you also need to study the rhetoric off Barnier today for it changed significantly and now seems to be referring to respecting the UK's need for sovereignty and the right to control its own waters. That's the first time he has said those words and with the EU's own deadline now passed the press are commenting that he is now getting it in the ear off MEP's. Macron also is taking some stick. The 10p.m. news tonight is saying that a deal is 98% complete so it's extremely close. All boils down to Fish.

I personally won't be budging an inch on CINE as there are too many big drivers in the background that are imminent and we have our own bigger fish weighing all these up and adding.
