Seen all this talk before in years of investing ‘we will ensure’ ‘clear mandate’ ‘no intention’ etc.. once delisted all these words go out of the window…as they disappear fast and stop responding to shareholders. Like PIs have said listing costs is not an issue, Rowland needs to distribute minimum 90% of proceeds FIRST, before delisting can be supported!

The more I think about this, the more silly it becomes. To have the audacity to propose a delisting when no cash has even been paid out has to be one the most outrageous proposal that I have ever come across on AIM…he is basically taking us for fools and insulting our intelligence!

Shareholders must make clear - don’t take us for fools. You need to show and PAY us the money FIRST before any talk of delisting…and yes we are happy to pay the AIM listing fees (have been paying for years so what’s another year)!

I’m clear, resolution 2 MUST be WITHDRAWN. I would go further: ‘First pay-out 90 %+ of the net cash whilst AIM listed, then propose delisting to Aquis. Until 90% paid-out NO delisting from AIM will be supported.’

Well it’s highly likely won’t go private…why you assume or you deramping. To spell out they need 75% Vote to force delist…not going to happen!

Alternative is very high risk of being shafted by the CEO once delisted, so many examples of this on AIM.

So if you don’t vote NO, then you’re at high risk of losing everything. CEO needs to show us the money FIRST then he can delist…it’s what every shareholder should be demanding ie distribute proceeds of sale first then you can propose to delist!

Sale NOT linked to delisting…so why cancellation. Shareholder ls must reject so that Rowland can’t run away with the same cash…and ensure return to shareholders. He can delist after this!

Have completely decimated the SP now, but still no update for shareholders. Other BoD must also be getting very frustrated such as Nicola/Brittany/Dr Laffer…how long will they persevere with this before making a stand against??

Bad obviously for PIs, great for the BoD…sets themselves up to raise whenever they like for years and years to come. Sets Poulden and co for years to comes..in the unfortunate event this becomes a duster!

Required minimum £6m only managed £0.5m at some 30% discount, deficit of £5.5m how is he going to raise? Question is was he even offered at 0.02 and said NO, he didn’t even get anyone to offer this amount?
