What’s does that tell you?? Roland cannot be trusted in anything he says. IF this vote goes through it highly likely it would be the biggest MISTAKE shareholders will ever make. We must reject de-listing, but 2nd thoughts why not reject sale resolution also?

Second that happy to say listed, we’ve listed for this long so why not stay listed until we see this through. Once delisted it’s a different world, I’ve experienced first hand with both LSE listed and AIM stock, you will get nothing from them and money will vanish like running water. We must keep this AIM listed until Rowland distributes the sale proceeds back to us!

Spot on, voting for delisting is like signing a blank cheque away and handing it to the CEO…and this is to a CEO who has let shareholders down time and time again!

In terms of sale, this I will vote for as I don’t think this Rowland has the appetite or skill set to see this through…if BoD did then that would be a different story.

‘If they stayed’ well it’s not a given it’s only a proposal and no shareholder in their right mind is going to vote for this….75% vote required which is not going to happen unless shareholders happy for Rowland to disappear into the sunset with their £10.4 MILLION!
