What you guys don’t understand…don’t know cost of road until heritage / other surveys complete, then report needs submission and then approvals. Heritage survey is planned for April 26 and then approval is likely around July 26…this is when cost will be known, so essay results will come well before then…!

Looks like they already believe it’s a major discovery hence planning ahead on logistics. Money not needed now, as need to do heritage survey first..due in April 26…then report and approval likely July 26 before any cash for this is required!

Another way of looking at this is that they already believe this will be a major discovery? This is because why commit to building a road (well after Easter 26) IF they’re not confident. Seems like planning ahead for easy access as they see a major discovery?

Agree it’s not be in our interest to vote down the sale resolution…BUT underlying issue here is the eroding trust between CEO and the shareholders. There appears little trust now after Roland trying tried to put wool over our eyes with delisting resolution when he does not even have the numbers to back it up…this shows potential foul play, incompetence and fear of no value being realised once delisted.

We all make mistakes, but not to realise this is despicable behaviour. Is he smart enough to realise this yet OR has greed now fully taken overtaken him? Little reputation now left now as CEO and shareholders revolt is growing by day…

Looking at the shareholder list, they have raced and trumped others to now be the 2nd largest shareholder in the company BUT now only by 0.03% from the largest!

Shafted / Robbed RTOP shareholders already, WILL do same here. Suspended share then promised shareholders chance to sell after delisting and new CEO appointment, then once delisted, company now already gone and disappeared from the face of the earth….all this without informing shareholders.

Once sold and cash distributed holders should still have the value of a cash shell here with the potential appeal of its carried losses, if people want to put their distributions back in to the company at that point for a new venture they can do so.
