I do understand that the some believe that by Dec ALL warrants will be taken but PIs are now heartily tired of being led up the garden path while the BoD line their pockets.

As others have said FID, receipt of OM Funds are the next catalyst. Perhaps a new Navitas partner, an FPSO contract will also have an impact ?

All we know is that Mr Market has the price at 12/13p for a reason … the reason is …. The market believes (at the moment) that Sealion will not succeed. It has no faith in the RKH plans or it’s record.

@CitizenTS … no problem if you are not unable to comprehend or have any interest in how many warrants of those issued have been taken up and the rate. Childish to call it ‘convoluted nonsense’ but then again, you would disagree with me if I suggested the sun will come out tomorrow.

I would respectfully suggest the slow take up of warrants is affecting the current SP. 80 % of the warrants still not converted and maybe large holders (institutions) are therefore unable to offload for fear of dropping the price to the original offer price.

Bear with me guys …. Consider this … only 13% of warrants taken up … institutions cannot unload their shares as that May crash the price as recent share trading has been poor. Sam has gone into his cave and the likelihood of further fundraising seems to be growing. Most of us are waiting for news.. MD know this and uses it to spook the market in his favour.
