That to Builders Bum’ response on 17 nay the last approximation :

“Circa 5.2m warrants have already been taken up out of roughly 19m issued during the open offer process.

Total voting rights RNS at the start of each month gives you the numbers.. so 5.2m x £0.09 = cash in hand for RKH to date with 70%ish yet yo be turned into cash.”

Like many I’m still holding warrants but the poor uptake has been registered as a risk in the 2022 Results and perhaps further funds will be needed to keep the lights on as we wait for Italian intransigence re: OM.

All we ( and Sam ) I suspect is sit and wait for Navitas to give us some positive news in the meantime. Hopefully they are full steam ahead but who know ?

Another partner for Navitas may well delay FID further.

Not that it would matter in the slightest if huge numbers of PIs turned up. Sam has the Constitution sewn up so tightly that effectively he controls the decisions …. Such as bonuses for FID progress or lack of it as the case maybe. Same with OM judgement … another reason for the BoD to reward themselves.
