Moot point but I get what you mean. I stand corrected … exercise by 31 Dec … take profit if any exists … or if the Management or Navitas haven’t done a cheeky takeover. Something fishy going on … IMHO

But, with respect, your advice to take profit at leisure, only applies until 31 Dec 2023 when the warrants terminate.

I agree LTT. Personally I don’t believe I have enough information one way or the other. To call it a scam is, IMHO, a step too far. Whilst I am of the opinion that Sam’s management skills are poor, I don’t think we are in Xcite territory … yet.

My main beef is the lack of information and the hiding behind AIM regulations regarding release of information and Company law whilst still taking exhorbitant salaries and free shares.

Suspect you are right SpaceHoppa. I’ve been holding fire on my warrants thus far but it’s getting close to the wire now and I’m still considering buying without selling any to fund the warrants.

@Ovets: What I would say I’d that I fervently hope you are correct. The taking on board of Navitas would seem to going in the right direction so maybe Sam is learning. I’m not yet convinced until the markets are convinced and that will show in the SP. Until then, I reserve judgement.

Let me state quite clearly: In the company’s interests I hope they do NOT have to do another fund raising next year. However, it’s down as a risk and my view is that RKH have shown an inability to manage risk. I don’t believe that the amount of warrants held by small investors will negate that risk.

Good question flipper. At the risk of suggesting anything that CitizenTS disagrees with, I suspect he weighed up the benefits of taking a lower profit ( but then again maybe missing a larger profit ) and moving that profit or shares to an ISA. I can see a benefit in that approach which is right for him. Everyone’s circumstances are different, something that CitizenTS is unable to comprehend sadly.

At last we agree on something CitizenTS although the spectre of additional dilution / fundraising still exists.

I accept a ‘small’ profit can be made by PIs exercising their warrants but it would seem to be that it is the lack of warrants being exercised by large institutions that presents the greater risk ?

That risk plus the possibility that Navitas cannot finding funding, although a compelling case seems to exist, also still exists.
