As a matter of fact I was looking earlier at p9 of the Navitas slides and thinking 2 of those 3 items we now have evidence for:

Item 1. Project. team - experienced London-based team set up - Tick

Item 3. Joint Work Teams - Navitas and Falklands Island Government - Tick

Both items via items foundby Mogger - thanks.

That just leaves FEED Process which I suspect maybe key before another partner joins. Prepared to be called out on that .

Item 2 - FEED process - negotiations with suppliers and service providers.

Freely admit that because there are potentially a lot of suppliers and service contract options, it’s difficult to know where to start looking for such commercial in confidence data. At least we know that Navitas are looking for a rented FPSO according to AGM gossip.

So I don’t entirely agree with Godders but still mistified, as many on this forum, as to why the market isn’t interested. The major reason I keep coming back to Sam modus operandi. He doing something wrong …

@Mogger …I‘ve searched for the subject and been unsuccessful. I don’t do such searches for the benefit of my health.

However, you have asked whether I want evidence of positive news. I want evidence of all news and I can then decide if it is pertinent or not.

Your reactions put you squarely behind, Sam. I think everyone recognised that. If I don’t have the information, how can I change my views ?

I’m afraid a lot of RKH management decisions don’t make sense. A lot do ….

Not quite sure that NO progress has been made towards FID. The Team that Navitas are putting together seem to have a great deal of experience and very capable. My concern would be that in order to keep those skills on board, the RKH BoD may see gifting the Navitas people free shares as a mechanism for keeping them ? Would that require an RNS I wonder ?

@CitizenTS … with respect I didn’t initiate the comments about BoDs buying shares with their own money. I was merely responding to give the opposite view. I might well have responded with a question such as: ‘Would you buy if shares were available free?’ if the ciment was posed otherwise.

Simple balance but then I’ve come to understand that some are not capable of that … ever.

@covgaz .. well I guess he could be of the opinion WHY should I bother buying them when my control of the Company is such that I can just wait for the next AGM and award ourselves some more cheap shares.

But then again I don’t suppose it would occur to Sam to buy some with his own funds in order to demonstrate how confident he is of RKH / Navitas success … far too obvious.

When Navitas announces anything, they really mean it.

Let’s wait until the Navitas results come out. Until then the Market does not attribute significant value to either their efforts or the size (growing) of the award. How do you explain that ?

Contrary to your mistaken belief I don’t spend my whole life criticising Sam. He done a great job of feathering his own and other BoD nests.

As to there being quite a bit of positive information out there, you may well be right but again my point is that this is also available to the Market as well and it’s counts for very little.

All I am doing is to counteract the endless propaganda that comes onto this forum swamping all other views.

@Ovets - let me deal with your comments as they appear. Yes I agree we're all supposed to want the same outcome but a number of us are just so frustrated with RKH lack of information and now it seems: Navitas; and their rate of progress.



You posted that you agree with CTS about Navitas probably waiting until after the Argentine election, which is only a week away, but NOT 'two or three weeks'.

In fact what CTS actually posted was : ‘let's wait till a coupl'a weeks after Argentina election’.

… You may well be right that they, like RKH, refuse to micro-manage the Project but It may also mean NO Progress has been made. I actually think that progress IS being made but my point is: we just aren’t being told.

None at all except my understanding, gained on a business visit to Italy during the UK Parlimentary expenses scandal, that many Italians believed it was a pre-requisite to be the wrong side of the law in order to qualify as a politician. Until we see the money, the market does’t believe it exists.

Again, it doesn’t make sense to you because you are unwilling to accept any other possibilities. I don’t post to be negative but to illustrate the poor information flow.

Do agree that the current Middle East situation has the potential for further delays perhaps more so than the Argentine elections.
