I well remember the critique of both SHP and you personally by at least one of the usual suspects here BUT your research and tenacity have been vindicated - WELL DONE!
Here's hoping NUOG's time for vindication comes soon!

You're not wrong there but I have determined to see this through to whatever end awaits us.

Hi all
I confess to being an absolute dimwit when it comes to understanding how MM's undertake their strange craft but can anyone explain why the sp is still marked down by 16% from opening when there has not been any sells reported - at least here on LSE?

Hi keyhole
As I've said many times before: the person responsible for where I am right now stares back at me every morning in my shaving mirror and although the face is transited with many wisdom-lines I am now beginning to think that they have more to do with "tempus fugit" than having anything to do with my worldly pot of knowledge - certainly as far as NUOG goes!!!!
LT
After serious thought and due deliberation, as the largest PI in NUOG, I shall be voting for the Resolutions.
With the benefit of hindsight the OO was always going to be an albatross that prevented the smooth placing(s) that are part and parcel of a Company such as ours.
I believe that the OO actually determined the last low placing price which is why it should go.
Once released from the detriment of having to have an OO and linked to what we believe to be going on in the background the share should increase and thus make the next placing .... IF needed ..... at a much higher level.
Good luck all in - see you on the other side as I cannot attend the meeting due to a pre-booked holiday!

Hi all
This is what I posted on the forum and fully reflects my belief that future funding will come via lending using the deals as collateral which begs the question: "what might they need the future shares for?" - mmmmmmmmm, very interesting!!!!
"Sirs,
Thanks for an easily-understood analysis of GTW and its funding.
It has been a pet theory of mine for some time now that we will be able to leverage financial support against the GTW asset and it’s reassuring to read that this is absolutely plausible.
Keep up the good work …… please!"

Thanks guys - very, very interesting article!
I've posted an appreciative reply on the forum too!

One of reasons that I put that naysayer Cobrakai on filter was because of his ludicrous questioning as to whether Sharelock was an employee of NUOG which is an absolute joke!
I have had the pleasure of meeting Sharelock and can tell you that he holds down a very senior position in the City in an environment where I would not be surprised if he was able to tease out information about AIM companies as well as running events like we have seen recently against the template of his vast experience gained over the years.
Thus, when he alludes to the EGM being called for the possibility of some form of acquisition through the issuance of shares, and when that possibility aligns with previously stated positions openly communicated by the Company, I take due note!
I've witnessed a lot over the years with NUOG/Enegi, most of which has been a story of unrelenting misery BUT now I really do believe we are in sight of the renaissance and morphosis of what will potentially be a very serious player in the exciting new world of GTW - watch this space!
Sharelock - you owe me a beer and that's not for the factual praise I've heaped on you but just the fact that it's your round bro'.

You make a very good point but, at the end of the day, the seller/buyer has to agree to the price being offered so who's the mug?

Panic ye not as it's not even 09:00! Look at what happened yesterday for the possibility of what will happen today ...... and tomorrow perhaps!!!!

I am dashing off this reply before the market opens as I believe you are absolutely right in seeing this in the way you do.
A blue day awaits methinks!
LT
BLUE DAY tomorrow methinks with the only caveat being war with Iran!

I am not as naive as you assert but as you seem to want to play the man rather than the ball you might just as well go on filter too.
Looking forward to the pre-EGM days to come without the need to trawl through such tripe.
Have a nice rest-of-the-day.

So, I get on your t**ts - well you get on mine with your self-appointed role as arbiter of other people's thoughts and positions here.
It's the filter for you old son/daughter as, at my time of life, I can well do with not having to deal with the likes of you!

I haven't posted much recently as I've previously outlined my position and timelines with this share and am absolutely comfortable with my stated position thus far.
I said that this quarter would be very important to our future and that looks to be borne out by events, give or take a couple of days, as the EGM on the 12th surely is much more than the RNS alludes to!
Join up the dots I'd say and smell the coffee!
Unfortunately I cannot attend the meeting to offer my support as I shall be on holiday ...... again!
Hopefully, this next holiday will tide me over until September's in Aegina - nobody in their right mind and living in Purbeck takes a foreign holiday in August as its just picture -perfect here!
That said - been thinking of taking a week's fishing in Norway .... just for the halibut!!!!

I reckon the next piece of news will be the successful launch of the SPV and then THE BIGGIE!!!!!

A great sentiment which I fully share!
Regardless of anyone's opinion(s) of this share the one thing I believe we all have in common is understanding that June 2019 is THE pivotal month in NUOG's rather chequered history to date!

Hi all
This was posted on SHP Stockhouse site:

Apologies if this has been posted before but it's very interesting technology that does not involve fracking and is being mooted as the next drilling move by SHP.
Watch this space eh?
