RNS dropped this morning indicating largish purchase by CFO. I always think thats a very good thing in terms of shareholder alignment

RNS said it was for 400,000 shares at 10 p so GBP 40 K which is a fair sized amount. ( although the body of the RNS only totals 200,000 shares so maybe thats his aggregate figure

in any event it a positive and shows confidence .

I agree it was a good interview . Reassuring to know that licence and permit wise we are good to go . Nailed the issue about Mali currently not accepting mining licence applications as not apying to Kodal because we are already sorted

The final piece of the Jigsaw is financing . Logically that should bevdeliverable because the economics looks so good. Of course i have never raised financing for a Lithium mine in Mali but he made the right noises about the Mali Government being supportive so i feel there is a good good chance that finance can be obtained

With all these exploration companies getting into production is a value inflection point. Most dont make it but Kodal feels like its in with a good chance. On the casino that is AIM this for me is a long term hold .

Much happier with management having large personal share holdings aligned directly with Shareholders. Far more likely to drive the right behaviour versus Option packages and high monthly salaries.

Artemis having departed is no big deal. They clearly must have driven to dispose by some wider outside factor. Their research valuations were predicated on getting the IOCA into production and there is nothing to suggest that won't be the case

On the contrary, the fact that all the Management have loaded up ( albeit at a cheap price) is a very very strong signal that the cash generating inflection point is not a million miles away . Patience will be rewarded IMHO.

Solid RNS . Flow rates have remained consistant ( i was feaeful they might have dropped) so now we know the basin is pressurised and the frac technique has taken and works opening up the way to full field development

The management seem to be delivering on what they say and are in production and acheiving cash flow. Logically this should rerate

The trading halt on the ASX ahead of an intended delisting seems sensible. It will save costs and removes corporate complexity.

The ASX volume is next to nothing and the BOD has been looking to wind down the shares in circulation over the last couple of years .

This should just be another step down the road the getting Cambay into a simple asset that throws of a lot of cash as the refrac program is extended

Thanks for all the answers to my query of market valuation. I don't feel so daft now as clearly many of us LTHs are unable to come up with a sensible forward looking valuation that stands scrutiny.

Guess i will continue in my current belief that there is literally a "pot of gold" here. That Shaun looks like he knows what he is doing in terms of financing into production and we still have an SP hangover from the the "5%" NCM option that bizarrely they didn't take

Can someone with more knowledge than I provide feeling for what GGP will be worth when its in production?. Everyone seems fixated on the size of Haveiron but I havn't seen recently an attempt by anyone to model what a realitic annnual yield is in terms of Gold output and given the information on production costs and the Newcrest processing fee through Telfer then calculate an annnual free cash flow for the project.

Not my area of expertise so any peops more Knowledgeable than me got any idea of what the beast could realistically benefit and then how with a reasonable mutiplier come up with a estimate of the market cap in production .

Indeed i am pleased as well . Construction at both the mine end in Longolo and the processing plant in Saltend. It was /is a big integrated play.Its good to have progress in both locations as without the connection the strategy and economics dont work . This is a couple of steps closer to eventually becoming a reality

There will be no instituional interest in GROC at this point as its way too small / speculative. Instututions have clear participation principles that are applied as part of their mandate. They have minimum levels of investments by value that they can typically make and have restrictions on the % of a company that they can take. Groc needs to be at an issued mining licence and a full feasibility study done on the proven asset before the IIs will arrive. Meantime its a speculative punt for the Pi's on AIM as is always the case . Hopefully if the Gold doesnt play out for Alba then GROC will . At least its 2 irons in the fire

Wow ..Todays RNS is way above my best expectations on the Feasability study ...this must surely begin a major rerate now. Illogical if it doesnt. This is clearly financiable

This time with the full explanation of funding set alongside an easy to follow explanation of the Ore body I think it was the best ever iteration of the Greatland Investment Case i have seen. For people who havn't watched it you should. LTHs will feel the potential is as good as it has ever been and "Banana skins" have been cleared. Newbys to Greatland will get a great understanding of what the exact position is as of today .

For me the only thing i would now like to see is a work through of what is projected to come from the ground from 2024 onwards and how that translates into cash flows so we can get a feeling of what the EV will be by using the mining sector multiples that will be relevant at that time

I hBMISLVave been an NED on two Boards . I know this is AIM but any NED is naturally cautious about joining a New Board because of reputational risk . All will conduct a personal DD . In doing that it is inconceivable that there would not have been an open and frank conversation about " where is the business now" . The interview process would have been conducted with an NDA in place if it reached an advanced stage.

My inference in thus that the answer to the question " where is the business now ?" must have yielded a positive . The position outlined would be the current actual state of play as opposedto that which has been RNS'd . Why would an NED sign up for a company without the prospect of growth and sucess ?

Thus i think we can say . Whatever is going on in the kitchen is still moving forward. Good news could be imminent .

The option prices are in 4 tranches from 0.8 p to 1.4 p . If he can take use from the the current 0.6 p ish to over 1.4 p then thats fine by me . At least the rumuneration is clearly and materially aligned with advancing the share price so its not the oft seen " lifestyle " package

Correct? Yes . As i understand it It's a lower volume of fluid passing through the process so its quicker and requires less handling of waste.

The push to get the IP patented is sensible . That and the tie up with the Morrocan Uni announced yesterday clearly suggests they beleive they have a process deployable into other sites. Get Pilbara up and running and the skys the limit for what looks to be a competively advantaged production process

Given that Morroco is the worlds largest source of sedimentary phosphorus and has more Spent Gypsum mining stacks than anywhere else getting close to A state owned producer and in country University is a smart move to make.

There is orders of magnitude more of "Raw Material " lying in Morroco so if RBW proves up the process in Pilbara then its game on in Morrocco in some form or fashion.

Good strategic move today in my view

If you are new to RBW have a look at the process steps to get to extracted NPr from the Gypsum tailing . Its materially cheaper and IP'd than conventional production. Every market has a lowest cost producer and in Rare Earths it could be RBW

I am afraid that the only thing that will kick real life back into the share price for Scott and his merry men to actually complete on something of note. He talks a good game but is short of delivery. So although there looks to be value here to be extracted it will only come with concrete moves forward. I think there are a fair few people sitting on the outside waiting for a catalyst to move back in. Until that happens we live in a land of SP drift. Frustrating and worrying until a positive RNS drops.

Theres a ( for me ) very technical RNS out today on the Refrac. The company seem to beleive its sucessful and are planning to deploy the approach across the field . That seems a real positive.

Anyone got a view on the technical side and flow rates from what is open and not plugged ?

I cant see why the company would push forward if they didnt beleive that field development was economically viable

I took the use the expression " near term" development as a positive .... thats vague I know but its not medium or long term :)

I still hold the belief the with the novel processing approach and access to the old gypsum stacks and infrastructure at the former mine site that RBW are well set to become a low cost producer in the future ...hopefully the " near term" future.

Todays RNS confirmed the appointment of a highly eminent specialist into a New Role of Medical Director specifically to speed Cart into clinical trial. Has to be a positive as they have been working with the company in an advisory capacity so must have a good perspective and belief in the sucessful passage into clinical trial.

Clinical trials starting should prove to be an inflection point in the companies rating i feel
