very rough these figs esp draft variable at diff times of year, but would indicate would give 384000 max

Looked into this further there was a Dcu payment on 28/3/24 which falls in 23/24 tax year this dcu payment is shown as a cash distribution on my account, can confirm that my providers tax certificate 23/24 does not show this anywhere on certificate feel that is good news at least its not shown as income

My tax report issued by provider shows it as income 23/24 their being no box on the report to show capital gains

i am ref to the 5.19p paid June 23 it is QUOTED as a special dividend , i would agree it would be subject to capital gains so i hope that as it is a special dividend hmrc do not include it as income, luckily most of the dividend was paid into my isa for which there is no tax report issued, The dcu payments are not shown on my 23/24 tax report issued by my provider. If HMRC come back to me i will argue the case that the Dcu payments are for the arrears of monies owed from the sale of hurricane shares back in 2023. No expert will see what unfolds
