Transocean Leader – Pre-Laid – Warwick C, West of Shetland It will be drilled using the Transocean Leader, an anchored semi-submersible mobile drilling rig. Well operations will begin around 1st April 2019 and take around 80 days. The Transocean Leader requires that its eight anchors and ground chains are pre-laid on the seabed, which will commence on 7th March 2019. The locations of these anchors are given in the table below, with each of chains running in towards the central well location.
