Think the psoriasis trial has huge potential. A lot of the treatments are ineffective for mild to moderate sufferers.

Chris. I thought that as well. Numbers don’t add up. 900 for 20 countries = 45 each. So our 45 split between 20 outlets = 2.25 ave each. Unless we are given most of numbers. I think we will be enrolling more than 900.

If we are successful in P3 the gov will want to build a strategic stock apart from ongoing cases. When Dexamethasone was found to be effective the gov were quick to tell us we had ample stocks in the country. So they will def stockpile it for future outbreaks. Other countries too will want to stockpile it. There is therefore going to be a demand for several years even with ramped up production. That’s without considering other potential uses e.g. prophylactic, long covid, severe cases etc.

Huge pressure on MHRA to approve a vaccine. But how can you predict long term effects. If your older then you might take it if approved on a risk reward basis but if you’re a young person the risk reward will be a lot different. Vaccines are given to healthy people and treatments to people who are ill so our path to emergency approval should be smoother.

Interesting Mac. I was thinking straight takeover but CVRs make it less risky for a pharma CEO. Also peer review makes it a much easier sell to a Board and survivable for the CEO. If it goes wrong.

Invested here largely on quality of our BOD. Stephen has published over 1000 peer reviewed papers. Unlikely they have made a mistake that peer review may unearth. Have a look at Stephen Holgate presentation on Covid prior to results. Lasts over an hour and very detailed but very informative. Good use of an hour if you need any reinforcement. Search for him on you tube and you should find it.

Topped up for the first time in a while as I took the RNS to be very positive. For me we have had our tech validated by at least 4 separate companies including now Vista Gen. Dan mentions NXP 0002 at least 5 or 6 times in the RNS which I take as confirmation that a deal will happen. Now Chinese money out in the open this substantially de-risks share for me. I was happy to get this price and will wait on progress.

So are we competing with generics or do our re-formulations bust original patents? If we compete with generics then we would have to have a clear product efficacy advantage.

Agree. Tranche 2 probably couldn’t be used for Marange. Also Blueberry required funding guarantees before 31st August, so maybe some timing issues with 3rd party funding here. Wasn’t fund raise at the actual sp when completed/ started so no discount when agreed? Interesting to know who put in the cash as they are hoping for a rising sp.
