I agree that it’s a brilliant way to fund Blueberry. I was curious who would lend us £2m to fund it. There will be no income for a while. Will the lender defer interest and repayment till IPO ? If so won’t they want some sort of equity stake to share the upside as they will be taking all the risk. That’s why I was curious about the funding. I am sure it will all become clear after EMA raise the first tranche. Thanks for input.

In essence I was asking how we the Blueberry funding would impact on Vast. Would we be guaranteeing the £2m as parent company and what risk would that entail.

I have been invested here for a good while now and feel Andrew is doing a great job. I was worried that we may overstretch ourselves in terms of management time. A precious commodity in small companies. I was therefore encouraged by the Blueberry project with the aim of early IPO and early return for sh’s. With Marange could we follow a similar route. If we have additional diamond minority holdings could that be bundled and IPO’d like Blueberry?
Musing how we balance all the imminent opportunities with can’t afford to miss with mgt overstretch.
Also tried asking a question about Blueberry using form on website but have so far had no reply. Does anyone have an email address that responds?

As a delisted company what rights do we have when it comes to issues like consolidation and raising money? A listed company as a value derived from its current share price. We are in a different position. Thought there would be limits on what a delisted company can do without recourse to its shareholders. Genuine question for any experts out there.
Like others had written off my £9k and feel they need to have something really concrete to get me back on side.
