thinking about this shambles, my take is that this was originally non financial and the resignation triggered some whistleblowing around royalties. product went to favoured large customers but the payment terms were non standard. i mean that they did not have to pay till after development and their product launch. so the money is coming but there is no certainty as to when, probably after june 26 hence prudence dictates that the income can’t be recognised. big communications **** up??

Clio. If they are allowing shares to trade when so many insiders must have an inkling at least of the issues, then surely that is a false market. I am leaning towards it being a peronnel issue .

If it was financial would they not have asked for shares to be suspended whilst accounts restated?

Also noticed that overheads to be recharged to Chariot. This could increase cash runway for Char?

As it stands Char shareholders will own all of Newco. How many shares issued are at discretion of board and you will get pro-rata to your holding. They may however try to get outside investors who may suscribe cash for new shares. This cash may then fund oil and gas co. We will just have to wait for details. AIMHO.

We now have further validation of our IP with Philips. Cash runway to Q2 26 and a growing sales team to build on 22 already installed sites. Plus potential for sales outside US.

Looking forward to new de novo sites, potential JVs and FDA approval for age 6 plus. All before we need to raise and should see sp going north!

Would have thought most of the work will be desk based anyway. So once on site may be quicker than many think.

I would guess the placement is done as Cavendish were doing the bookbuild before Xmas. Placements usually are done in a couple of days. Perhaps can’t RNS until they know offer take up as placees may need to be scaled back

Isn’t there also a placing as well as the open offer. So placees will be part of £2.9m to be raised.

Very much de-risked for me. Was worried Enog activities offshore in Israel may delay or scupper deal. Company now way more investible than last year when 15p plus.

£600k in sales to USA in period from zero in last comparable period. Companies in US responding to Inflation Reduction Act and China restrictions?

Also company structuring £6m convertable debt for working cap and Madagascar expansion (see end of report). Debt funding essential at this stage imho.
