Good post Dallo, it’s just very odd that in June Tim said in his interview they had already anticipated a positive response from FDA and were ahead of schedule, yet 5 months later not a single update, all very strange, the lack of either Tim’s participation in the placing was a bit of a red flag too, if Avion do walk away I just think it will be years before they could agree a new partnership all the while the share price gets taken lower by Lanstead
Agree 1.3-1.4p range looks likely now perhaps lower due to additional Lanstead deal, 4 months since FDA agreement yet not even a CRO appointment to report, if Avion did pull out this would be finished, 0.3p open imo so still hugely risky until Avion put some actual money into the trial and appoint a CRO, if nothing by end of the year it look’s ominous
Oscar, I was simply pointing out to the other poster that Lanstead sell their shares into the market at whatever price they can get from buyers, they do not buy shares in the market they are a seller, so these agreements are known as death spirals, please consult the IMM graph to understand what death spiral finance is. You can make money from trading IMM as long as you buy and sell right, where the buy price is here I’m not sure as the markets are shocking, it depends if Lanstead dump a chunk or just drop feed it in I guess
Lol no it definitely is not an agreement to buy the shares they already have the shares to SELL, was that a serious post btw, obviously your not an investor in IMM I’d suggest doing some research before buying in biff baff, you couldn’t be more wrong if you had tried lol
Ermmm well the sharing agreement is an agreement to sell shares they have received into the market, as they have done for the last 8 years so I would suggest that is what they may do, how do IMM get their monthly payment from Lanstead if Lanstead don’t sell shares? Genuine question
Lanstead are now needing to sell 2 separate sharing agreements into the market so IMM receive their funding, so obviously as Lanstead sell shares the price goes lower until substantial buyers are found to take the volume. Without news the price can and will only go lower as there is constant selling pressure from Lanstead with over 20% to dump. It’s not called death spiral funding for nothing, goes sub 1p if no news before Xmas imo
Agree but to be fair to Tim he has no say on budgets as it’s Avion paying for it but regardless between the two of them they should have had the CRO in place and ready to go, if nothing by year end the share price will reflect this
Once Lanstead start selling as they have to do this will fall hard, how did they not have a CRO lined up after 3 years?? The contract should have been in place ready to sign and get cracking but obviously either something is not right or they didn’t plan
What people here need to understand is there is always a seller on the book here, that seller being Lanstead, after 7 years of using them I don’t understand why investors don’t understand the agreement. IMM get monthly payments as Lanstead sell their shares into the market, now atm the price is too high to entice buyers so the price is falling and will continue to fall until buyers step in. Expect 1.5p ask over next few weeks and a bit more volume at that level, the interview with Zak Mir went down like a lead balloon it seems
As Iv said before, they will drop the price until buyers of Lanstead shares step in, down 8% today but it’s still no where near low enough to attract buyers, 1.6p ask might bring a bit of volume, Lanstead need to sell shares of IMM don’t get paid simples
