Spot on, the commercial partnerships over the next period have for years been promised, CIDP has gone quiet etc. he will be well aware that the volume is so pitiful atm that Lanstead have probably said look Tim if we sell into this low liquidity it will crash the price, get out there and convince some numb nuts to buy a few shares off us, and what better place than a retail platform like Zak Mir, anyone with half a brain knows Lanstead need to sell as it’s their business model, as I’ve said before once it gets low enough volume will come in maybe around the 1.6p level but until then it will just drift lower

How are the bod not been removed here? They are taking massive salaries and delivering shocking performance, lost JV with Rio, spent millions on Dundas to then realise it’s a dud, no commitments on Disko, didn’t buy any shares in the 1p placing, the list goes on it’s unbelievable that they continue to take £900k out of this company, no wonder their largest shareholder sold out at 1p, another placing on the way imo

0.5p placing on the way now imo, they have no cash as the £600k was raised to pay for the drilling and assays, oh and the £900k bod salaries! Rio pulled out of Finland JV… Dundas mothballed, no comment from Kobold if they will or won’t drill in summer 2024, and they have no cash imo this is finished, maybe £300k placing at 0.5p to keep the lights on, then if Kobold pull out as looks likely it’s done, says it all that the Kobold CEO didn’t comment on the Disko field results… I wonder why

Why no commitment from Kobold to drill Disko in 2024? Why no comment from there CEO as seen in previous rns? Dundas was always there best project and now apparently it’s useless… management need to go here asap after that rns

Has consequently been concluded that it is not in the interests of the Company and its shareholders to progress the Dundas Project as a sole developer. Millions wasted on the only project that was supposed to bring in revenue for Blujay, expect sub 0.5p after that rns, looks like it’s over here

Approval decision is probably about 4 years away, plenty of time to buy at the right price and right time, which imo is not yet and not for a while either

Sorry for been a knob, But yes any dilution causes a change to notifiable holdings via TR1, as Lanstead sell the price will fall until either retail pick up the slack as it gets too cheap, or good news brings in some volume, either way volume is required for Lanstead to sell to then pay IMM… so personally I will just wait for the price to fall lower as they sell as news is a way off imo

They need more funds imo so can see a 0.5p placing on the way, huge cash burn and only £600k raised in last placing won’t last long, the bucket shop funders who they use will want a heavy discount given the 1p placing has put them underwater, 0.5p will at least let them out at a profit, be very careful here
