It’s also not groundless or ignorant to speculate a placing is in the way, I mean if it wasn’t why don’t the bod come out and say they are well funded given the price is off 50% since the last placing… anyway they will have to prove this is a going concern when they release the final results so we shall see, but the biotech sector is shocking atm and if you need cash you need to take an almighty discount as seen with avct today which is a retail favourite so can you Imagine the terms IMM will need to take
Not a chance they will be able to raise at 1p now Imo brokers want at least a 20% discount to get a placing away sometimes up to 50%. The market is never wrong and radio silence from the bod tells its own story
Directors have hardly any skin in the game, they use death spiral finance that is proven on 3 consecutive occasions to destroy value for shareholders, an almighty shafting is on the way here imo price action doesn’t lie when it’s coupled with total silence from the bod
Unbelievable stuff?? It’s been planned all along nothing new lol some desperate holders here praying for an exit
It’s a discussion board for discussing the company and what MIGHT happen last time I checked… did I state anything as fact or is it imo based on research… it’s my opinion you tool
No more Lanstead no more convertible loan notes no more death spirals it’s as simple as that. If they thought this was a winner they would be able to raise money easily from funds and their own pockets. Why no director buys down at these levels? If they don’t t support the placing that will speak volumes and I mean proper support not a token gesture.
All placings on aim atm are coming in around 25-70% discounts so expect a big whack here soon but key will be the funding type and also director support
If they were well funded surely we would have had an rns to say so given the price has fallen away…. Anyone who knows the markets knows what comes next here price action doesn’t lie
Wigwammer with respect you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about. The price drops due to Lanstead selling. The benchmark price is 2.6p not 2p. R&D expenditure was £800k in the previous 6 months, admin costs were £400k. In the placing they received £480k in total, the £1m was a death spiral agreement over 24 months at 2.6p benchmark. Explain how they are well funded?
They also raised £380k less than anticipated from the retail offer… only way they have enough cash to last to the end of 2024 is if they pay the staff in chocolate coins
