This is more than just a few people buying and selling...there is now a constant steam of buys coming in....

Something definitely happening here

So after the new shares hit the market we will sit on around a £2m market cap if the price stay where it is. That is with £1.8m in cash that everyone thinks would last between 12 and 18 months.

So my question is what do people feel would be a realistic market cap if a deal does land? What do we think will be the size of any deal? Is it £1m, £5m, £50m.....as that would depend on what price we could see in the future.....

RTO need to be officially announced (RNS). Also a prospectus will need to be issued to explain how the RTO will work, and further how the new company will look like etc. There will be some time between that and the company being trade again....the FCA need to look at the RTO as well before allowing it back to trade....

Ouch, so much for releasing some good news before raising funds...in the bottom drawer with most of my shares.

The good news is that there now seems to be a buyer as well. So hopefully once the seller is cleared we should see a good run....

I think it will be important to bring some positive news out before announcing the fund raise. That way hopefully the raise can be at a higher lvl and we should hopefully be diluted less......

There seems to be a seller out there that is willing to sell at any price. Lets hope for some news that they could trade into or that they don't have loads still to sells as at present this keeps on dropping and I have no funds left to lvl down on....

Exactly, as per 0,52 we now have 0,58 being bought up. Next uplift cant be far away..

Cant be much left at these levels..... and 0.52 is being hammered at present...

Some round number trades.....make you think it's a larger buyer rather than an individual investor.

It is looking like it's ready to move north.....a lot of pressure on it at present.

Probably trying to get a deal done asap as it will sit in the way of the RTO.....
