Well, RNS statement saying they know of no reason. So it will probably just fall back again now....

So what going on here today. Must be very short of shares as it's doubled on almost nothing....

Is correct. These things sometimes takes longer than expected. I take confidence from the fact that Traf was given money to effectively trade while the transaction takes place, without having to pay it back if the deal doesn't happen...That is confidence for you..

We cant do anything other than sit back and wait. I'm sure it will happen, how it happens is what will be interesting.

The reason I said 20% is because I pulled this of their website. Not sure if it's for current shareholdings or what they expect it to be once launched:

0.12...I started buying on the back of the hydroponics as I kind of know Dr. Paul Chalinor a bit and also have an interest in hydroponics. The property side never interested me as at the scale they were doing it was to small to ever make money.

But then we were told that nothing was happening with the hydroponics side as it was to expensive to run in the current climate, which was disappointing.

My first buy was at 0.27 I think and have just been averaging down since then. I got a bit exited when Forum Energy bought into the last raise as I was thinking that the RTO might be into a mining/exploration company but nothing really came of that

So I'm existed that something is finally happening. My feeling is we as existing share holders will be given circa 20-25% of the company with new Investors and Directors taking the rest. The existing business although not a lot does have some value (1 house still for sale or already sold) so that will have to be valued in somehow...unless they give that to the existing Directors as some sort of remuneration but not sure how that will work.

I think they will launch at around the £12m MC target as that is what they think the platform is worth. How that will work in regards to our shares I don't know. I hope that somehow the calculation will be made that we do win out of it. But if it is a direct calculation as to what it was worth when it was suspended then we need to hope that the new entities share price go up over time.....

What I do know is that we are in a better place now than where we were before this deal came around so my feelings are positive....

30mil....I was over 8% at one point before the last share issue.....

I tell you one thing, this message board has never been so busy......and with sensible posts as well

I'm sure once we are back trading in the new format, the silly buggers will arrive.

Had a quick look on companies house and at present there are no changes to any of the 2 companies involved on there....

Well I'm need to get 0.12 to break even. So I'm hoping for substantially more.....

I do have quite a lot in here though.

I wonder if the shareholders as per the website will be what we have in the new entity?

It means that there will only be a small amount of free float.....

Assuming the rest of us will share the 15 800 000 shares....

Been in and out over the years, but been on the sidelines for a while...But it looks like the time is ripe for me to get back in...

My feeling is will will trade in this range for the day, same as yesterday. Early move and then settle in. Happy to be wrong though.....more happy for me to be right but it continues for a couple of days.....

So with the new shares in place if we hit 0.2 we will have around a £4m market cap. It will be interesting to see with the company now funded and awaiting some deals what the market feels this is worth.....

The RNS stated the 10th if I remember correctly. But as we all know the do forward sell these shares although not allowed…..

So are we assuming the new shares are hitting the market today ( although they have probably already been forward sold) or are we expecting an RNS to say it has as there was some statement in the previous RNS about getting permission….
