Exactly :)
When is the vote?
Is there a date on the meeting on the vote for AIM delisting? Or a date on which it will be effective?
It is beginning to look like that. And with the Directors going quite as well it doesn't help the process. There are ways in which they can ease the market without giving sensitive information away even if the so called deals are not done yet.
Hopefully not.....We can however now say that this is not the cheapest share on the market anymore :0
Have a look at AGTA. They have dropped below a market cap of £300k. Please don't take this as advise to buy it, purely just stating a fact here, as a bit of fun to help us through our struggles.
Definitely sad to see. But we aren't going to go up without news (and the right news at that). So sitting between a rock and a hard place. Do I buy more to get the average down or just sit back and wait......in case it goes totally the wrong way.
Ok, around the same as me. Just thought from the way you were typing it was a lot higher. But good to know it's around 0.21.
Like you said, now we just need to stick with them once anything does land and not jump at 0.40......
If a placing is required I would first bring out some news I.e the hydroponics and the way forward explains what the cash will be used for etc. The market should react positively and the placing could be done at a higher price.
Also is there not some rule that a placing can’t be done under a certain value? Not sure if that is based on company value or share value?
He is yes. Have a look at when they announced the hydroponics investment. They basically bought the facility of him and also made him a director. Have a look at his website: https://www.maybarnconsultancy.com/
There is a whole bit on tomato growth ect.
