The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I have read the RNS and am fully appreciative of him being away. But an RNS was issued for re-listing so why not with a bit of substance. You don't need the CEO to issue the RNS do you? Anyway, I don't want to start a thing here. Just mentioned my 2pence and will now go back into sleep mode.
Sure RNS is on the way, good luck to us all.....
I wasn't logged in during suspension and bought in on the first day at 0.0118 for clarity, as I do think we will have news and it will get the price moving upwards.
However I am a bit surprised that after all this time there wasn't a big banging RNS to state the direction etc. to get this going in the right direction. They have had loads of time to get things in place and even if it is not all sorted out completely the direction in which they plan to go can be made clear.
Maybe as I said yesterday this is just to give all their buddies time to get in and then they will let it swing.....happy to wait thought....
They are letting all their buddies buy in cheap first before bringing out the bomb of an RNS.
I do think there is still a background seller, which needs clearing....that's why the £6k buy didn't move it. But lets see how we go the next few days.
It would be good from Traf to give us a bit of an update on current proceedings and maybe also a hint on the plans with the R&D facility.
Not me.....
The 3% doesn't account for anything on here so you might just as well keep accumulating as far as you feel comfortable.
My shares are registered under Inter Active investor on their website (the 2nd one, on the list) so you wont even need to inform them.
Price is coming down again with traders selling out as it's not moving as they were hoping for.....which give us the opportunity to buy some more :))))
http://trafalgarproperty.group/.
But I wont go to much on the info....other than that they do have a new development starting soon.
The existing news here is that they have expanded into hydroponics recently, but nothing on that within the website yet....
O, it would. I'm so hoping for that cannabis word....but not sure if it will happen.
Happy to wait. But I tell you if they bring any news out that they are doing R&D in any medical direction this will shoot up like nothing. 2p is only a market cap of £4m.....loads of companies out there with less potential and loads more dept above £4m....
But like I said happy to wait and see this develop. I have also done quite a bit of research recently on hydroponics and might have even spoken to one of our specialists.
2p.....
Getting ready for this seasons hydroponics ;)
Are we expecting some news in the morning or do we think it’s just someone that bought in for the long run?
No, but it must be a broker holding for someone.....
A few quick buys there in a row.......
Yes, had an email back from the registrar to inform me that my shares are not registered in my name but rather in Interactive Investors ( the broker I use) so it is listed as such on the website. He mentions there are 2 accounts over 3% with Interactive Investor.
Sellers first and buyers hopefully second.
Sorry, I should have said that is if they get enough votes to get it delisted.....
It all comes down to your ones trading strategy....if it's short term then get in and get out before it delists. If you think it's undervalued and you don't mind sitting on it for a while then hold and see what happens. I will just mention from experience these trading platforms aren't instant. You have to match someone else's trade before the trade will take place....There are no market makers that effective makes a market and ensures there is always a price to sell into. If nobody is willing to sell you cant buy and if nobody is willing to buy you cant sell. But like I said it's all depended on your trading/investing strategy... I have done both in the past. Not deramping as I'm also in for the short term just making sure people know what happens if it goes private.
Yes, that is correct. If they want the vote to be in their favour they need to get enough shares in that hand of people willing to vote for the resolution rather than against it. It doesn't have to be them personally (i.e. Directors) but could be investors in the company that would also like the company to go private.....
