Tomorrow is going to be interesting. I'm sure the vote will go with the delisting, but it will be interesting how the market react. Will be have a further dip and then it comes back up or will it stay relatively level, or even rise..... I guess we will have to just wait and see

O, here we go with the small little buys again. Last time this happened the price went up by 30%

We must surely be due some sort of update here. No news since October.

I have messaged the company to ask when there is a business update due, or if we can actually have one...

2 large trades gone through just after 1:30 pm. Must have been buys as the price went up quite a bit after that.....

Well decided to get back in to see if it does a 70p ish..... Wanted to do it yesterday but couldn't get the fund free so got in at 47p earlier.

Results of the voting....for some reason I thought it was today. But see it's only on the 16th.

Looks like the carnage has stopped for now.....The buys are now starting to outweigh the sells.....

Maybe he didn't think the fallout will be that much....but surely somebody like him will know the detrimental effect on a share once delisting is announced.

Got my average down to 59p now with another £2.5k buy.....Also done now, as I dont have anymore free cash :)

Well it seems the selling is still strong this morning. So I will wait a bit longer to get my average down. Made my first trade on Friday at 69p. So I'm almost 50% down now......

Surely at some point this will become a great opportunity for a big investor to buy possibly up to 20% of a great business?

The possibility to earn yearly dividend's. And if not that just the value of the business as it will be generating profits on a yearly basis as it has been in the past. That in itself will add a good value to any Investing company to add to their bottom line......or am I looking at it wrong ?

One doesn't loose the capital one put's in because it delists. You will always have your shares as long as the company exists and you decide to keep your shares.

There will be various ways of doing it, but most of the time companies set up some sort of dealing facility platform that you can sell your shares in. AJ Bells has such a platform. I presume they can also use that facility to pay dividends via your broker then.

No, it's a delayed trade that went through. Real mid price is 67p at present

Well also decided to dip a toe in with just over 17000 shares at 69p.

I will say that I will be out at soon as it jumps a bit. This is a trade for me not an investment....

But don't necessarily disagree with you, these always bounce once or twice before cancellation
