Really interested in the price movement here lately. I know it only really went back to where it started from after the news on no RTO, but there's been some nice buys. Wondering if someone is hoovering up shares for a reason.....

Out of the last 15 post, I think 13 references other shares rather than discuss TRLS. I appreciate there is traffic here today so you want to spread the word, but guys/girls don't get to desperate. A share will sell itself at the right time. Inflated prices always come down again....

They didn't actually present any figures. But surely it's worth more than the current market cap. Cant see J&J making deals unless they think this will earn them some decent money...

Again, just as a point of clarity. The company have stated that at present they are not pursuing the hydroponics any further as the energy prices are to high. It doesn't mean something will happen in future as we still have the R@D facility, but they are not actively pursuing it.....

Don’t want to put dampers on the idea of money coming in from the house being sold, but remember that it’s not 100% profit. They actually borrow money to build these houses so wil have to repay the loans first.

I'm heavily invested (or shall I say I was before another round of share issues diluted me even more), but I wont invest anymore for now. The company doesn't have any direction and as such will stay at these levels raising funds until some kind of development plan comes to fruition. Only my opinion.....

Maybe they can get someone else interested in an RTO, that would be the best solution here I think.

Wow what a half year report....

We have hit another low this morning....with nothing happening at present I'm wondering how low this can go...

This company has been around for ages and for all this time it has survived not because of the money it made but for the Directors being able to raise funds when needed. So I do not think it's going anywhere soon.

We might sit at these levels again until we get some new news on an RTO or some other development but they company as such is not going anywhere (my personal opinion and might be wrong). Some Directors are earning a decent living out of this company so why let it go into administration......

So according to the Pure telegram group the RTO is still going ahead. They talk about both parties and not specifically that one party pulled out.....interesting times...

I think it's on the future prospects rather than their existing situation. So although their current sales are dire as you say the expectations are that they are improving and more developments will follow....

It doesn't look like Traf informed Pure about the decision to stop negotiations as they are still to reply on any concerns on the Telegram group. It's seems like this was done without notice and have left Pure red faced and without an IPO..

Would love to be a fly on the wall at Pure at the moment.....

Not sure it can go much lower than where it's sitting now. Basically went back to where it was trading before the rumours of the RTO was spread. Basically a £250k listed company, which is primed for a take over I would say....but obviously Pure and Traf couldn't agree on the terms...

I'm unfortunately not as exited about the plans to build these 2 new houses as it's never in the past brought us anything....but might lift the price a bit once planning permission is given and they start building.

For me if we are going to make money out of this one we need an RTO, new direction of business or the rumour train to give us a massive spike :)

Techtonic read up before making stupid comments. The £250k was given to TRAF as a payment during negotiations with the condition that what ever is left afterwards will be repaid....it wasn't a loan.

Wow, this is a massive surprise, but then again I have learned over the last few years to expect anything...

Would love to know the reasons for it not going ahead as everyone sounded like it was almost done and dusted.

There is no need to pay anything back that was the agreement....

I am a bit disappointed that we didn't get any news this week. If it is their indication to get things trading between 24-26 September they don't have a lot of time left to get the deal out there for everyone to digest.

Keep the faith...this will be back sooner than you know...

Anyway at present the market is a mess, so I would rather have my money sit here and come back when ready at a good increase %.
