A small sample of recovery plays from last year but there are plenty of Fund Managers looking for a guaranteed Divi return and likely sp appreciation to go with it.

For them to get hold of large chunks ? Yep, they will get the opportunity from the FF but it would be better if they'd approach the company to understand the opportunity from the WCP, i wouldn't rule that out.

I have two neighbours who are Fund Managers. They can invest now and the divi yield would be a good reason to do so.

Maybe they do pay in July and quarterly from then on ? A question for our Clive @ AGM but we'll know soon enough either way.

Caspian market is very liquid and not often can you sell £55k and buy £18k easily. Market is firmly in the the favour of the bidders and MMs need some more stock. Spread has come right in to 5.01-5.07 to encourage a little more trade. Just needs a little more positive news to kick it through that 5.5p resistance that we've retraced from in the last 3 or 4 attempts.

I must have missed that ? which RNS was that from ? March RNS stated initial divi declared in July and main Divi declared in December. 2 points there, the initial one won't be the 'main' one so going to be less and the fact that the declaration date of the second is in Dec then if paid quarterly means first payment in Sept or later ?

The March RNS stated -;

"With oil prices at record levels and increasing production volumes we look forward to a period of cash generation. Accordingly, we intend to put resolutions to the Annual General Meeting planned for June 2022, which if passed and if approved by the UK Court, would allow the commencement of dividends with an initial dividend expected to be declared in July 2022 and with the main dividend for the year expected to be declared in December 2022."

Yep and hopefully announced in July although i don't think they'll start paying til, Sept but happy to be proved wrong. Gives them 3 months of revenue build at the 4000bopd.

Market very liquid, buy sell limits at 400k @ 5.119, 1200 @ 4.96 up to 400k, 4.82p @ 1.2m.

MMs continue to mess around with late reported trades but yep, great to see a £21k buy, good luck to the purchaser and i still don't get why peeps are selling but hey, that's what makes a market.

Price going to ping above 5p and hopefully onward. Market very liquid but the bid is the strongest i've seen it for some time in monetary terms ie can sell 1.2m @ 4.92p = £59,040.00 !! Also can buy 300k @ 5.09p so ticking up again and hopefully breakout territory in sight.

ODS, yep, agree with that. US are happy to see the ground war continue, every day that passes weakens Russia on the global stage.

Re Casper/Kaz and energy. Can't see Russia shutting down pipelines, that really does damage them economically and wh are they really hurting ? The big US Oil Cos who are dragging their heels paying their taxes or Kazakhstan ? Europe will continue to source oil by other routes and Russia will continue to sell more cheap oil to the Chinese, India and Pstan. Germany will probably continue to buy oil from India...lol , the whole thing is a mess.

Only yesterday, Lithuania blocking routes to Kaliningrad which is obviously p*ssing Putin off and add that to Finland and Sweden moves to join NATO. He can't fight wars on all fronts and yep,, resorting to nukes would be an answer but he's lost at that point, we al have.

Bid improving as can sell 325k @ 5.049 but still can buy 300k @ 5.0999 so e have a little seller(s) looking to let a few go. We should see this buying interest increase up to next weeks AGM and hopefully the new Investor Presentation will generate the additional interest, that will attract new investors.

Good to see sp starting to move up on small volume and as CC has stated, a chunk of the FF is held by only a few PIs. I fully expect to see churn but that needs to happen if we are to move north with speed. If you look back at the volumes when A5 originally announced as a discovery, the volumes were extreme at a time when the SII was a lot smaller. I believe we traded several days in excess of 50m a day and the highest day was c 80m if i remember.

There is stock available currently and online limits are 5.023 up to 225k and max buy of 325k @ 5.099.

FY accounts will make good reading although the real financial transformation didn't start til Aug last year. H1 22 will show further improvement with oil price increasing , especially from June when we start to benefit from the addition of 142 building total production to 4000bopd.

Not an AM fan although the Vantage F1 is a nice looking car and they've improved the handling considerably. Probably going to stop being a boy racer or was that old man racer and redeploy some of the over exuberance on the race track. Looking forward to some good racing tuition and meeting some like minded lunatics who want to let off a little steam.

I don't know what people are waiting for re entering the game or buying more shares. Major transformation happened over the last year and the sp hugely discounted. Just got to let it happen and it won't be long before the madness hits this stock and we all know that hot money, new names and hype are only around the corner.

Also depends on first divi payment and i believe they may hold off to September and build up as much cash as possible, that would allow them to pay a 'meaningful' divi, The magnitude of that payment will be know in the near term and another 1 or 2 shallow wins would help proceedings along.

$20m in the bank come end of June ? i believe less but very happy to see your number.

Daily volumes have reduced considerably over the last week following the exodus of hot money and those taking profits like Mr C, nothing wrong with that. This is still a PI game and it will be interesting to see if the upcoming news and Divi announcement can attract the smaller funds. Very difficult when the free float is not that large and more difficult as a chunk of it is tightly held although i expect to see a lot of churn as the sp moves north. Maybe the WCP are willing to let a few go ? i doubt that especially as they're now going to benefit from lumps of cash. The smaller Korean/Kazakh investors outside the WCP ? possibly if the deal was attractive enough.

A bit of fun for the PIs. What do we think the first 2 divi payments this year will be ? I'll kick off with 0.15p in Sept and 0.25p in Dec.

Urals spot averaging just over $94 over last month and will be interesting to understand if Casper are achieving this pricing. Crude has been averaging above $120for the last couple of weeks so a $30 discount would see us receiving the Urals spot price. All questions for the AGM, current gross and net for Domestic and Export, how is KEBCO affecting price and for the future etc.

Re Tokayev and Russian relations. Obviously very difficult for Tokayev, especially after the Russian involvement in the recent riots. Tokayev knows that he has to tread a path whereby he can't alienate West or East but he obviously has no plans to get involved in the conflict, that would be curtains for Kazakhstan economically.

Meanwhile, Casper are drilling away hopefully, production soon to build and hopefully 5000bopd can be breached and onwards from there. Not going to be boring in H2 and i'm looking forward to the continued transition to profitable mid sized OE company.

I’ve obviously sold millions at 5.5p and my comments are demotivating as I want the price down. I think you know I could do a far better job if I wanted to knock it.
