If there really was a takeover would this not have happened when the share was suspended and a buyer could have stepped in - in place of the PE player?

Kabaa, do me a favour and rather repeating the 2 month old news from MW, could you highlight how the fundamentals don't stack up - please back up with facts and evidence.

The fact that it has not been suspended oddly enough gives some confidence that the accounts/fundamentals and solid.... If it was to have been suspended it would have happened by now.
