Thanks Sam. I think we've chatted on the THRL site, very positive about prospects there going forward. Glad to see you're in LGEN too, again a long-term hold in my portfolio. I've used TMIP proceeds to add to my holdings at RCH and INVP fyi.

I've given up trying to work out what's going on here CJ, it's all very confusing. One more golden egg before they announce the revised dividend structure for 2026-27. I guess if they're still holding plenty of cash after this next return of capital they could maintain a reasonable rate of, say, 1c per share for some time? It's still only returning our capital, whichever way they choose to play it. I'll be keeping a close eye on the sp in the coming weeks, any kind of spike ahead of XD might be my cue to cash in whilst I'm still level.

Target dividend for 2026 maintained at 8.1p (which is a relief) but the expected cover reduces from 1.3x to 1.1x. I guess in the context of hedging and share buybacks it's about as good as we could have hoped for. Who knows what the impact of protracted Middle East conflict could be on the SP, we'll have to wait & see what develops.

As a UK holder I'm only entitled to 7.15p, not the full 8.7p after 20% SA wht.

Armageddon in the markets, GSF not immune whatever the yield. Hopefully see a bounce before first XD date, depending on the state of Middle East conflict.

Agree with others comments on here, all the signs of cash-flow issues and forewarning about future dividend level. To be fair, even if they half the dividend (as I suspect they will) it would still yield nearly 7% at this price.

Sub - 90p. Would have been an easy decision to add at the previous dividend rate, not any more. It's a hold for me.

Looking likely the dividend payment date will be pushed back to April now. Even if it is declared tomorrow it's unlikely to be paid in March IMO.

Clinging on Birdsong, not enjoying the ride though. I think this must relate to the interest rate cut, not so much postponed now as obliterated both sides of the pond. The perception, rightly or wrongly, is that's not good for discount retailers. We will see...

This one's in my wife's ISA so wasn't able to add from the TMIP proceeds sadly. Agree with you re the solid, safe & great dividend, the fact it's healthcare related made it a perfect choice for my wife's ISA. Good luck Sam, hope you're well & life is being kind to you.

Soon recovered Sam. Very pleasing results, I particularly liked the increase in dividend cover to 113%. REIT rules mean that's almost certain to result in an increase in dividend rate or a special to pay the excess (anything over 10%). Will add when possible.

Special dividend will be paid in addition to the new level of ordinary dividend, apparently. Just waiting for one more signature. So that's 10.25p in the next 13 months, or c. 20%. Pile in everyone!! (see previous posts for context).

Last time I heard a fantasy like this, Kwasi Kwarteng was standing at the despatch box with Liz Truss sitting alongside him.

Wow, 2p from revenue & 5p from capital. They can't even afford to pay a dividend at the previous rate!!

Just listening to the presentation. The same guy that told us the company could afford to pay 7p per annum by way of dividends, and then changed his mind and said GSF could only afford half of that, now tells us that, actually, they can afford the 7p per annum after all, apparently with no adverse effects for our investment. How naïve do they think holders are??

Re presentations, I guess it shows where their priorities lie in terms of keeping the analysts happy. They probably think the analyst presentation will be too technical for us novice PI's - perhaps they'll be getting the "laser-focused" blurb! I'll be tuning in on Thursday at 1.30 to hear what they have to say. I'm a former BLV holder so only here due to the takeover but I've been very impressed so far - very similar to how BLV used to be managed. Combination of the two seems to have created a very strong entity with plenty of growth potential and now offering a 5% dividend too.

Been talking to myself since Jan 2025 but here goes anyway lol.

Another record-breaking set of results from TPFG and f.y. dividend increased 22% to 22p (c. 5% at the current sp). Price has dropped dramatically recently after all the doom & gloom in the property rental sector but these guys are bucking the trend. IMHO they clearly know what they're doing and have plenty of irons in the fire, I'm sure there will be opportunities for them to continue their growth story too. Hard to understand why this flies so far under the radar - I'm adding at this level.
