Sorry can I amend my SP to p. please? My guess for 10p was assuming the first RNS would be appointing Nomad and then trading I would like 74p now please if its allowed
AT LAST. Some good news on sale of antimony, gold next please. It’s been a long bumpy road but at least the worst fear that it wouldn’t produce is now out of the way. We just need a successful outcome on arbitration now. This should now start to head back to 40/50p fairly soon.
Keep safe all.
Brings to mind the Dusty Springfield hit. Wishin and hopein

I am not familiar with short selling never researched or followed it up. As I understand someone could borrow say 100k EUA shares and contract to pay for them at a later date. They then sell them for 7p banking £7k hoping to buy them at 5p later thus making £2k. If however as may happen they have to pay 77p per share they loose £70k. As there are 14m short shares that would mean someone has to find close to £10m. Is that right?????
Yes we have. Weather here up in North Wales is very sunny, just like our outlook.
My guess would be SP Angel. They have done a number of times it in the past.
This is up to April 2020, perhaps they have just compiled a new RNS?
Thanks for the info in relation to any sale happening.
If we are to be sold, the sooner the better.
I've not had a reply to my nudge, maybe suggesting news may be on its way.
FE. I think you are correct in your thoughts of Crispin Odey, he has kept the lights on as he sees a greater value than he’s invested. He will know a lot more than we do and he’s not been selling any of his shares. As you I think he will be looking in excess of £1.00.
My question however is if he sells his majority holding are the buyers obligated to buy ours for the same price? Or will we be left in limbo?
FE.
Can’t argue with your summary, except I have not been looking to sell, that is up till now. I too have been here 9+ years, I viewed this as an investment to supplement my pension. Having passed my 3 score years and 10, I will now consider my position. Dividends now seem a while away so SPMP paying Well in excess of Odey’s 48p would be an offer I would seriously consider.
Nudge sent.
The bod have missed the promised quarterly report. I’ll send a nudge later.
Nice first post. It’s good to see something positive from a new poster. I’ll revise my earlier post. If it goes up a penny a day I’ll be well in profit by My birthday this year in mid June.
0.25p rise a day means I’ll be in profit come Christmas.
FE & TDT.
I am in agreement with the postings, in that I was just in the main re-iterating previous messages/posts. Since my original posts circumstances have somewhat changed over the last 6 months. I agree it is unreasonable to anticipate dividends on performance in the short term but, should SPMP decide to take out our holding we may then be in line for a dividend, or they may just buy the shares outright, (but I doubt that because we still have the Canadian Assets, ). The Covid 19 virus and set back in production has certainly given us and Odey a major headache. Odey was viewed as the villain when he was acquiring his holding, but has since turned into our saviour by keeping TSTR afloat. Whilst we are aware he is a great supporter of the project I wonder how long he will continue to hold. Will he wait for the arbitration hearings to conclude or sell before hand. From memory , on the plant achieving 100% production it had a projected value of $190m, and it was anticipated to raise an 80% mortgage on the plant to repay shareholder loans, I guess its now on hold.
In the event that Odey sells his shares at £1.00+ is the buyer obligated to buy ours?
Well said. Personally believed that our shares were worth in excess of £2.00 once production was in full swing which should have been last year and dividends next year. Can still dream.
PW, well done on you, you must have averaged down quite a bit, sadly I didn't have the funds available, but looking on the bright side I'm less than 50% down now.
Last Sept I posted an updated "personal valuation" of the SP, just as a reminder I have updated to current data as follows.
Revised SP April 2020.
Estimated Share value at $5,700 tonne Antimony and $1,750 oz gold.
Shares in Issue 95,173,618
Production 20,000 Tons Antimony
50,000 ozs Gold.
Exchange £1.00 = $1.24
TSTR Share of T/o (40%)
Antimony £36.8m
Gold £28.2m
Total £65.0m
1 times Revenue = £0.683 or approx 3.5 times current SP?
3.8 times = £2.60.
A way to go yet though to get there.
I appreciate that circumstances have changed somewhat but that is an indication of what we were expecting, chin up we might get there yet.
