If a merger does happen between the two I hope we don’t get short changed, anything under 30p I would feel we have been badly robbed considering in 16months time we will be in a position of being able to afford 5p dividends plus buy backs

I’m very surprised no one picked up on that at the time, when was HBR’s web cast ? Was that pre our delisting announcement ? Maybe there is something definitely going on behind the scenes but would directors be allowed to buy shares if nothing had actually been agreed between the 2 companies

I have demanded she send me a breakdown of costs on both on and offshore wind, nuclear, coal, solar and Gas to justify her claims of 9 times cheaper than fossil fuels. I have also copied in Laura Trott (My MP ) she was pretty good and passing on my concerns further up the line. I have also demanded the BBC back up her claims with facts and I’ve posted on question time asking for the same

I let everyone know on here when I have bought so they can hang on and get them cheaper , I'm good like that.

Looks like EnQuest have decided to invest in this new business to offset the EPL charge, no point handing it over to the government when you are entitled to do that.

We are positioned to take advantage of it and the use of our TAX credits on both companies

What's not to like

Stevo got it badly wrong calling a loss for H2 this year so probably won’t be much better than us at getting that right either

R please Correct me if I’m wrong here but say HBR make £1b in gross profit that is subject to 45%corporation tax = £450m and you can use £450m of our tax credits giving you the extra £450m you would otherwise have handed over to HMRC then surely those tax credits are worth more than their £450m accounting value.
