They knew exactly what was going to happen but why ? There is always a motive and I don't believe it was down to cost saving alone.

So what is going on behind the scenes that we don't know.

Flash so why would you wait until the 19th to sell out knowing the stock would have been under pressure from the announcement back on the 5th September. Most would have already sold leading up to yesterday if they were planning on selling out.

Another few days once the traders see the selling drying up and they will start accumulating again.

They can’t and won’t do anything, not sure they care about short term price movements.

They are doing all they can to reduce the debt and they are doing well, what else can they do ?

They could begin buy backs but that wouldn’t really help as it would enable more selling at a slightly higher price,

Get the debt down as quickly as possible over the next 2 years and then start returns is our only hope now.

With debt falling fast, Tax obligations of just 35% our SP keeps on falling.

The company doing everything right but still that’s not good enough

What do we do now.

We had a far higher SP when we had debt around $2billion that we couldn’t pay off due to low oil prices.
