The EP was almost worth the same as our market cap last month. That just how bonkers our current market cap still is

I questioned IR over the EP just after the AGM and they wouldn’t speculate on its value but as we now know its current value was far more than We all thought.

Here is the reply I got when I asked why we are keeping it and would we consider selling it.

The EnQuest Producer remains under consideration as a component of the Bressay/Bentley development concept, but we have also had interest from prospective purchasers in recent months in terms of selling the asset. I believe that we would consider selling the vessel if we received a compelling offer, but that would be a decision for management.

The EPs current warm stack at the Nigg Energy Park represents a low-cost way to retain optionality for the vessel.

Yesterday was a day for the day traders. And most exiting before the holidays, The market hasn’t priced in yesterday’s news yet.

Do you mean his crusade against the company that we are invested and the one he is not.

He know exactly what he's doing and I don't deny his well informed in certain areas and has been very useful but his constant negative digs are designed to insert fear and why do that when you are not invested ?
