We have £8,300,000 left in the buy back pot for this year so that's around give or take about 3.5% of the shares would be cancelled if the SP stays around this price and that's if daily volumes increase to allow the ML to spend the remaining cash set aside.

AB could hand over as much cash possible to us shareholders through consultancy fees rather than as a dividends. I'd happily fill out a consultancy invoice for my share rather than it be paid as a dividend. Accounts could then offset against the gross profit so we pay FA TAX and zero EPL to the government.
