Stevo Surely this time next year EnQuest would be in a far better position due to the lease cost reduction on K and the Bressay Gas cap plan. At some point as our debt drops away our Market cap should rise towards SQZ seeing as we are very similar in size and assets. Our SP would need to double just to be where they are now even after falling 40% over the last few months.

Once Labour get in to power this North sea oil and Gas attack will subside and I think they we'll see common sense prevail and they will reduce the WFT or introduce a level say $90 when the WFT would start from, Losing the North sea industry would be catastrophic for the economy and the country and importing foreign Oil and Gas will double the current carbon foot print, even Labour ain't that stupid.

They have managed to drive the price down and buy cheap giving us the best value for money but on the other hand not done our portfolio’s any good. Anyway after the end of this Month EnQuest can change the way ML buy stock, hopefully to drive the market cap higher as that is ultimately what buy backs are for

Hi Jan when we were speaking to Craig and the board after the meeting had concluded it was clear they were targeting a production rate of 75k.

I remember Jefferies note a few years ago saying something alone the lines of 'If Enquest can reach a production rate of 75k it would raise its current rating of c to BBB and that's when we were carrying much higher debt

under 75k must also be a line where you are classed as a small producer and the larger investors won't invest anything over that must be classed much differently

I wonder if EnQuest will be able to keep news of a transformational deal secret until news is released to the market, will we see the volume start to increase beforehand. The board have always kept a very tight ship in the past but with the SP trading so low will it be too much of a temptation for people who know what's going on.
