Oxy - If Brent holds over $80 for H1 I would expect us to be nearer 40p if that were to happen.

Brent at $100 for 12 months certainly gives Enquest a chance to pay off all its current liabilities , would transform the company massively, there is a real possibility of that happening . AB's gamble may pay off bigtime

Tullow looking strong this week, hopefully we wont be far behind.

With Brent at £82 we should be sitting mid 20's , but the lack of Magnus info is like a ball and chain round the ankle. If AB wanted to lift positivity then he would have let the market know Magnus was back up and running as repairs were completed. Why wait until the next update unless repairs haven't been completed !

I also want to know if we paid the $100m of the drawn $485m from the ($600m RBL) that was to be repaid by the end of December, and if we made the additional early voluntary repayment before the end of the year as planned leaving us only $35m to be paid by the end of March.
Probably have to wait for the next update at the end of Jan start of Feb .

Do you still own Enquest ? The way I see it, No point looking back at the past now and crying over split milk, We need to look at what's ahead and not making any more mistakes or decisions based on a gamble. AB must change the way he runs the company if he wants to attract the larger investor again.
We do need a set out plan for everyone to see what we are aiming for, same as Tullow oil did last year.
Moving away from the eggs in 1 basket is a start.

Question for you, Can AB hold Bonds in Enquest and as a Director would you have to declare it ?

Mod - The market is obviously calling on dirty oillies to balance out with some sort of green energy and it looks like Enquest is going to do just that. That can only be seen as a positive towards the larger investors, If it works and opens the door again for those investors then that fine by me.
I'm sure AB must be ready to push his investment up and up towards his retirement, I doubt he will want to keep working when he reaches 65 but who knows just look at Alan Sugar and Trumpet !
I'm sure he will aim towards selling Enquest in the next few years at a minimum of £1b or around our party time 60p.

This is the worst thing about Enquest, the poor market communication is a killer, Magnus was supposed to be back to running both compressors in November and its anyone's guess if that,s the case. If so why not inform the market that we are ? Why let the market fester towards further risk ?
AB knows full well markets fear uncertainty. No other explanation other than he can still buy cheap stock.
I always feel like I'm walking a tight rope , luckily with a net underneath that's been tested a good few times.
We will never have our 60p party unless this changes.
