Afternoon L3 - Enquest should have paid $100m of the RBL facility by the end of the year. Having only drawn $485 of the £600 I suppose its not so difficult to keep on track , we should have been in a position to pay a further $50m on top of the £100m due. I did ask IR but they wouldn't actually confirm it...... Lets just say by the tone of the reply I would say its been paid
We await Magnus Information to set the touch paper on fire.

Without Covid and tumbling oil prices GE wouldn't have been up for sale, we would still be producing from old decaying assets. In the long run its a blessing in disguise.

Mrc when you say Enquest keeps a tight ship, I can't agree on that, too many people involved. The market will know that's for sure. It's the small investor like us lot that don't and its us lot that get caught out either way, left holding the baby or left behind.

EnQuest for some stupid reason never does and allows the market to fester on negativity
I’ve always questioned this strategy with IR over the years.

Until we start seeing the UT trades closing the price higher than the last trade at 4.30 we are not going up that’s for sure. Settlement won’t change from negative until we know Magnus is repaired and if we paid the RBL before year end ! Why keep us in the dark you bunch of *****

So why the sell off ?
Really gets to me why Enquest won’t keep the market informed enough.

Don't be afraid to make suggestions. If there is a big sea change after the early Feb (expected) operations update it might be an option to be allowed an adjusted bet for instance. I hope we're not tempting fate by making a Black Swan the prize.

We are positioned now move out of that mess into a position of health that we must be rewarded for. If Brent does average above $80 for H1 then in H2 i Believe that's when we will start seeing the Market cap moving up much quicker.
Everything now depends on Covid rescinding, Fingers crossed

If I'm allowed to enter then I will go for 20022 average Brent price of £83 and our UT trade on 30th December of 46.60p
