I was there last night and I don't disagree it was a very technical presentation. So with the presentation and our chat afterwards, the deal with the results we should get would dwarf whatever we would get now, So for example Merck, If we double the success rate of Keytruda in the combo trial, what value do we add to /Keytruda whose sales are already in the billions, So if we beat the 55% target in the trial, there will be a commercial deal done because Keytruda would now be the most successful Melanoma therapy. Gentech (and it seems by recent events Eli Lilley) also now have a ringside seat with what is happening in moditope. So now it seems pretty simple. We get the results and the buyers are lined upend like everything in life it is results based, And if thesis things come in, north of �5 a share in 2 years is the target with at least one success. There will be milestones and infection points along the way for those who want to get some cash off the table. But my take from last night, we are nearing the end game and in 2 years it will be done.

Botski, regarding SCIB1 standalone trial, CH told us that it would need the big pharmas use 1000 patients for a pharma trial like that. so as far as value for money goes does not make sense today

6 years after original announcement of Moditope� and the rush to 64p, the European Patent for Moditope has been formally granted. There is a publishing date of June 13th, so do not know when this will be announced by the company formally but this is a massive step forward and opens the door for any official commercial opportunities that may have been pending to the official granting, So with SC1B1 and 2 moving swiftly forward to trials, and all that is happening with Moditope including the Grand Challenge and over �10m in the bank, these are exciting times. C7 - funerals do focus the mind!! when discussing cancer with my cousins who at the time were about to lose their mum whilst she was full of morphine in the bedroom so she could die pain free, I was telling them that the cure is getting closer and closer but not today and it was obviously all really sad. The family and more specifically my aunt had made a decision for no treatment because of the debilitation and toxicity was not worth it as she was too far gone only 3 months ago whilst she was still coming out for lunch with us. Our goal is to produce a product that will destroy tumours without toxicity. That is on the website. And it is the lack of toxicity which is equally important as i know from personal experience from my mum 15 years ago when she just said 'stop, I cant take any more treatment, let me go'/to my dad. My main point was hyping up the need to support the OO and ensuring we the existing shareholders take up all our allocation to give the maximum resources to get the trials done. And if it is not supported well, why should we ever be offered the opportunity to participate again. The very endgame is cure without toxicity and I stand by that and the bet is that it is LIndy who has the answers.

C7, I feel that is the endgame or what is the point. Investment wise only needs another 8p from here for me to break even so not my concern as all my shares are in ISA or Pension. Linda says that is her endgame. So lets get the results in from what we can afford to do and see where we go from there. If we get IMM quality results it won't be very far as is the case with so many other trials at the moment, which is why it has been hard to raise money, not necessarily because of us. No one has produced a toxic free product with satisfactory results yet.. As far as the outside world is concerned they are saying 'prove it- why are you different' With the result of raising �8/9mn we are basically saying, ok we will. If that is not realistic I am not sure what is, We will stand or fall by the results.

I am very clear on this. It is to make cancer a curable rather than a treatable or managed disease. For traders quick wins are the order of the day be it through a speculative punt from a big pharma on our trial results with an upfront payment and licensing deal or some PR hit from national media coverage (EG BBC Southampton coverage when it went to almost 40p) In the real world it was always going to be about the trial results. So we now have 3 major trials with 5 indications plus the challenge result. If LIndy is right, as long as one can hold on cash wise, all the rewards will come both for us long-term shareholders and for those suffering from this terrible disease. Amazing how a cancer induced funeral focusses the mind on what this is all about. A cure without debilitating toxicity. Taken up my full OO allocation and the same again to take up any slack. This is about raising enough cash to get this as far over the line as we can.

The more we raise the further we will progress everything. The aunt I mentioned earlier in the week actually died yesterday. I know this is not a charity but i would argue that we are as close as any company in solving the Immunotherapy conundrum which has not yet been solved as anyone, Both her and my mum (15 years ago) basically had enough of the debilitating toxicity from existing treatments and just could not take any moe and basically said no more. Not only curing but also without toxicity would be a wonderful prize for the global community.
