I'm in the same situation - made even worse by the fact I will soon be 91, so time has almost run out ! I've got print- outs
showing my holding, plus letters admitting that by mistake the certs were NOT sent to me. Hopefully it will be proved (should there be a successful conclusion ) that at dissolution my holding had never been sold. Perhaps in time for a spectacular village funeral ! !

Sorry Mapp' You're not the most senior - I will be 90 in a couple of days' time, but was just as gullible as everyone else ! In fact I'm worse off as in the change from computershare, selftrade.ii, EQI, back to ii etc, my shares have dis appeared completely despite all my efforts,
including acknowledgment documents that when everything closed down I had not had them transferred as they had orininally stated.
Howver, as the eternal optimist I still read this board and hope "something will turn up"

To me, the word "formally " intimates that informal talks have been taking place, and that now we have actual news via an RNS, that these talks will continue on a more formal basis.

This Saga reminds me of a book my sons loved many, many years ago. At the end of each page readers were offered a choice of direction - Whichever one they chose led to a different result. so there were an infinite variety of stories, and they were always surprised at all the twists and turns within one set of facts !
On another scenario, at last I had my Covid vaccine jab yesterday, so hopefully, although I'm nearly 89 I may see the end result of this drama

No, I'm afraid not, and it's not because I haven't tried. Everyone refers me back to FRR for

Oh God ! Have I really been more than 10 years waiting for Sea Lion to get developed ?
Such excitement back then - such high hopes. I doubt now I'll still be alive when it happens.
Hopefully the children and grandchildren will benefit in the end.
