Whilst i am not going to defend the track record of hitting time scales... the Circular stated that the share certificates would be dispatched by October 31st. They then need to be received, confirmed and processed by the broker.. which did take quite a long time for the CICG distribution. So the hold up *may* not be with CICC.

given that (a) the regulations haven't changed and (b) your use of the term "UKLA have pulled their socks up and tightened their procedures"... then it cannot be inferred in any other way. Your continued attempts to suggest that CIC are playing outside the rules or "lucky to be listed" are baseless, malicious and deliberately misleading. The fact is - CICG was fully compliant and was listed previously. It is a relatively safe assumption (on the balance of probabilities) to assume that they will meet the criteria again.

You're implying that the only reason CICG got listed was because of a failing on the part of the UKLA. is that what you're saying? (may i remind you of "Posting inside information that is not public knowledge, or information that is false or misleading, may constitute market abuse) This completely ignores the more likely option (although less desirable on your part) that CICG got approved for listing because it was fully compliant with all the requirements.

At the AGM the BoD acknowledged that moving assets into the shell company would potentially lead to a suspension/reissue of prospectus. When pressed, they would not give a "window" in which they would reasonably expect this to be completed. However, they did say they would aim to keep this to the absolute minimum. Given they have known this is the likely scenario (and my suspicon that this is the transfer of an asset from CICFund to CICG) then I would have expected as much ground work to be done in advance as possible.

If the asset is reversed in and a new prospective is issued.. then this could be the catalyst for a series of acquisitions. lets be clear.. the RTO is because of the value of the acquired asset.. not because a separate company is taking over. Its just covered under the RTO rules

and this is just IMHO.. I suspect that this is Jin Ce landing in CICG, and that CICG has spent the last month preparing a new prospectus to relist post reverse takeover. I don't expect a long suspension period.
