Are we tied to Ichor electroporation method because we have already manufactured SCIB1 to be used in that way? Would a nano vesicle delivery method require a re-manufacture?

Difficult to answer i expect, since we know so very little about it. Maybe another question for the AGM?

I have definitely benefited immensely from the 10k posts.

@wildforce Ichors device has been in use in trials since the beginning of 2018, meaning trial paperwork was submitted long before then for approval. yet here we are at the back end of 2018, with no IND in sight and still blaming Ichor?

I am sure the BoD have very sane and legitimate reasons for pushing the trial further back on each occasion. I am also sure they have done a very bad job of communicating those decisions to the shareholder. We just see dates get pushed back and back at each update.

Given that the BoD have yet to hit a single self declared deadline in regards to that trial, on what basis do you believe that they will now? Why do you think it is "ridiculous" to ask for an explanation?

No i have not stated that they WILL, I have predicted that they will. I have based that prediction on the fact that, that is what they have done at every single update since the announcement of the trial. They have a 100% track record of doing that on a number of occasions.

one of the main reasons for delay was the degradation of the stock of SCIB1, and the need to re-manufacture. The point i have made previously though, is that in itself should not have prevented the administration/organisation from progressing. We should have been in a position to hit the ground running (or as soon as possible) afterwards.

i think it is perfectly reasonable to expect an explanation as to why the company is now two years behind on starting this trial. They have consistently said they "remain on track", yet just move the start dates.

Since the day they announced the trial, they have had two rounds of funding, both with the stated aim of financing the trial. As a shareholder, and someone who took above full allocation on both fund raisers, i think I am entitled to an explanation without it being "ridiculous".

"It is expected that the trial will enrol approximately 80 Stage 3/4 metastatic melanoma patients and commence in the second half of 2016, ending around 18 months later."

Maybe a point to be made at the AGM - the Combi Trial was planned to have already finished by now.

No significant news ahead of the AGM.

At the AGM we will be told everything is progressing according to plan, and we remain on schedule to start the Combi trial in H1 2019 and Moditope Trial in 2020.

Meanwhile the Board will continue to investigate financing options.

By my reckoning 6 months after year end is the end of October. I believe they have to announce the AGM some time in the next week.

I think the only way we will know for certain is if we email them and ask. Seems the website contradicts itself in a few places.

Under "Meet the teams currently receiving funding" it states:

"In November 2018 the next round of funded teams will be announced. Until then, check out the projects that are currently recieving funding."

Do we know this is definitely the case? The web sites says Awarded in January, did it ever say November? Could it not be that they announce the winners in November and award the prize in January?
