i have emailed to Bromley (note the email address in the RNS is wrong) asking a number of questions, including the one you ask regarding the plans for A class shares to list. I do not feel anywhere near informed enough to make a decision of this magnitude. I will let you know what i hear back.

My new CIC Gold shares are now showing in my aj bell account, but not yet in my Halifax account.

my thought on that are.. i don't own any B Shares, neither do any of us.

Joe - they cannot list and then put in the asset. That would be an RTO and is the reason we are suspended at the moment. Pulling out of the transaction should give us a route back to listing, but I have no idea how they then plan to get the asset in.

It also has nothing to do with CIC Capital.

mrJimV - my point is that I do not think anyone holds any B shares in CIC Capital Fund, and they will be a new class of shares that will be created for the purposes of listing. In other words you will own none of it. Note - i am speculating somewhat here.
