Riverfort convert at 20p and admitted to trading 4 October - Is this good news?

Do they know that financing will complete and expect SP will rise quickly next week so that they can sell their 20p shares??

also there is decent volume (not the same level as last 2 days but good nevertheless

JG - I think there is now support above 50p but I do have some buy orders in below 50p - have added 20k worth today at 51.99 and 51.49p

Buys still showing higher than sells (without hidden trades)

Fish - I understand your sentiment as a holder - but there has been many opportunities to make money with this share over the past 15mths that I have been in it -more than I took advantage of

When we had the H1 update at the end of June and the SP didnt really react, then was driven down to 30s, that was most definitely the time to pile in hard - so if youve only made 25% in a year, you certainly had many chances to do a lot better than that with CPI

Now that we have broken and held the 50p, there is now a decent chance of 60p with some news of Q3 as just confirmation of FY being met - still believe this is way under valued so adding again now for the expected rise in the coming 6 weeks

nice mention definitely - we now see a drop from todays intra day high - lots of new buyers will to pay a 52 week high price

TA is now out of the window as we have nothing to help us now - what we do know is what they expect to make this year and what we hope to hear is another disposal and refinancing complete - still say 80-120p is where this should be Nov to March 2022

Volume is very strong here today - this is very encouraging - still holding 100k worth and have another few buy orders in at 52p

Anyway, 53p paid - lets go - we have no idea where this mystery tour will take us, but its lovely!!

Totally well overdue but lovely to see - as regular posters here will know I have advocated on the SP being well under value and the turnaround being on track for many many months - kept adding in the 30s and have taken chunks out as it was always cash I was going to need for my housebuild - but now sitting on nearly 90k CPI profit in the last few months (since last buy at 33p) and feeling very happy with myself.

Why did I keep buying at those prices when everything suggested I should sell? Well simple - research and fundamentals

Dont listen to people on BBs as there is usually an agenda (with most) but do your homework, keep cash to keep buying if it falls (as long as you believe the work youve done)

Did the same with ITS when it fell to 6p - have made about 30k there also

Am really hoping my biggest investment (RMM) delivers much more before Xmas and also ECHO.

Directive, sorry to see you go (I have sold 75% of my CINE investment at decent profit - that was another I piled in on when it fell big) - we will meet again here no doubt as you know this has a long way to go so even with smaller investments here its worth a few quid on it

That was the main drop bro - barely moved re Covid as already through floor!

GMan - 52p and this will likley run to high 50s even 60p - we have very little data to help us here

But with many new holders joining at 48/50p, then 55-60p seems reasonable to me

Unsure what will be the catalyst to get us over that 52p - could be news of another disposal or Q3 update - anyway, when it comes I think it will go up from 52p

Ian - 2019 results were a huge loss and debt mountain that they were struggling to finance (still kicking that can a little until new finance deal is done)

So the big drop (5 March) was just before covid drop - then dropped again when markets fell re covid

Agreed Cane - I trade it and have LTH in a separate account - it will break 50p sometime but for now it appears 48-50 is its range without news

Great to see it now reverse (hopefully) and the after hours buy is encouraging

48-50p range - something will break one way or another

My hope is that as II money is taken from more risky investments that they look at CPI as being undervalued and safe (revenue / profitability etc)

This will mean that more stock will be held by bigger funds and free float becomes more restricted and therefore price will get closer to 80p that it should be

Nothing upon which to base this on, just hopeful thinking around where funds will place their cash as they need it to work for them

Any ideas / theories about breaking under 46p or over 52p??
