Agree - doesn’t need to cash out as not short of a £M or two and won’t give up his 600p baby as you said - market/KLSO/PE pressure will hopefully make him act more like a CEO than an MD. Having said that as I’ve said before on here Mike Ashley does ok!

Just watched y’day’s investor session with Chris Yates, the CEO - refreshingly knowledgeable, professional and measured vs a large number of the CEO sessions I’ve seen on AIM. ABDX looks to be in an excellent position to grow the business significantly using the strategy outlined. MC would therefore appear to be conservative at £13m (10.3p).

To me this is just like the situation with Sports Direct and Mike Ashley. Eventually a sensible value will out but may take years and I suspect unlikely a buyer like Apollo will get it because MM wants to keep/run his baby and that seems incompatible with how PE operate. Frasers now 4x the Mkt cap from when MA was going through all the governance issues. Maybe MM will relent and agree to let someone have it if he can keep one of the divisions but he’s not hard up for a £M so not sure why he will do that. Until the mkt has control over the shares he is in control so either way it’s going to be a long haul for us LTH like myself (I have 100k + shares).

To me it’s so small an investment it’s worse than nothing.

What we need now is some projections on market potential numbers so we can calculate the potential future revenue & thus mkt cap. Does anyone have experience from similar markets of how many might be bought per year? Also what is ABDX’s margin - 20%?

I’d say more than ‘could be’ - the CEO should be all over Sbry, Morissons, Aldi, Lidl, Asda etc. But having worked with these huge retailers in a past life I know it will take some time though this deal with the #1 Supermarket by size (3500 locations in total) will be a strong factor. And then there is Boots, Superdrug etc..... if this catches on as I’d expect we are talking big numbers.

I agree. Options for me similar with an average of 7p; exit with a few 000 having lost a few thousand or take the toss of a coin with hopefully a Mooky spin to maybe make a few.

Think ‘people’ are only Songtradr who will mop up all sells as they save payin less than the .695p they pay on completion.

Does anyone know ho much cash NNN had pre placing and what the burn-rate is? Pure speculation by me (a LTH not a trader) but we know they are looking for commercial deals and £400k is not a lot so I wonder if they just needed to raise enough to get them to the point where they had a deal signed and some cash coming in on the back of that so hence raise the minimum.
