However, although a positive move overall, lets not forget that they still need to raise enough funds to have a 6-12mths (minimum) runway to get revenue going and that means dilution. So the mechanism and quantum of this raise will be key factors that determine where the SP goes. Of course there may also be other mgmt changes that increase/accelerate revenue and also reduce/align salaries to tangible achievements and success.

An interesting watch...

Yet again I’m pretty appalled at how these AIM Directors behave. I was the CEO of a company (albeit private) where I had been brought in to do a turnaround as the Founder had spent all the money and in order to get through the inevitable lag period between getting sales going and actually generating revenue all the Executive took a 30% pay cut to minimise cash flow.

Myself and the Directors also invested personally as part of fund raising for cash-flow to show we had confidence in what we were doing. After we sorted it out we sold into PE and all the investors were happy.

I have yet to see this behaviour in many of the companies on AIM as they seem to take the view that they can just kick the can down the road by multiple raises to make up for what is often their incompetence.

I’m hoping DN does manage to take this over and inject some commercial reality that should be being led by the CEO and Chairman.

Agree and I’ve gambled on this share quite a few times before and lost every time.

The fact that I’m not this time ensures it’s success :-).

CFO leaving can be negative but can also be positive. Maybe he fell out with the CEO ir they didn’t agree on strategy etc. As he is leaving after 9 years it might be that there is a change of strategy that CFO doesn’t agree with? CFOs rarely make good CEOs and its more the CEO who will positively impact the SP so to me it depends on what the CEO is like and I’m not qualified to comment on that even though lots of comments have appeared on this BB.

Will be interesting to see what tmrw brings...

The fundamental problem here is surely that we need a BoD & Chair acceptable to the mkt to get the business a sensible valuation that is held back by MM? With MM’s and friends % now less controlling isn’t this a target for a takeover/revaluation?
